The way I see it, and thanks to Kosubun for his explanation, you must first reset the vertical subpixel when you touch the ground and immediately grab a wall.
Climb up to a certain pixel, achieve a value of 0.00000882 (subpixel indicator decimals at 8), and then go up 1 more frame: 0.25000978
From here you dash down while holding the grab button the whole time.
After picking up theo you release the down button.
