Another great collection a few you have I still need to pick up. I just watched a hills have Eyes part 2 few nights ago I enjoy it even though too many flashbacks from the previous movie
Arrow imo are the best label when it comes to Blu Rays. Simply because Arrow release a wide range of titles, from 40’s Noir movies, 70’s Giallo’s, 80’s and 90’s Cult and B Movies, and mainstream movies that even the average movie fan would know. Where as with Criterion, they are a good label, but the titles they release are very niche to a hipster upmarket audience that love Foreign and Art House movies, so they mainly cater to that hipster audience. Criterion do release the odd known movie now and again like they’ve released titles from David Lynch , they’ve released The Irishman, The Breakfast Club, Menace to Society, Marriage Story etc. So they do release more known movies very occasionally. But I just wished Criterion would release a more wider range of titles instead of just the niche hipster market audience. Second Sight I would probably put at the number 2 place under Arrow, Second Sight do good releases. As for Indicator, 88 Films, and 101 Films they just don’t put much out, I don’t know if it’s because they have very little licences but they don’t put out much those labels. And as for Scream Factory and Vinegar Syndrome I can’t really comment too much because we don’t get them for U.K. or Region B.
awesome video man! i been watching you for some time I don't normally comment but ur making me want to get that hills have eyes box set haha I think I found it on amazon for a decent price. i don't have anything from arrow bc I don't have a region free player and just cuz trying to figure out whats region free or region A is a bit of a pain loll great collection though!

i DIDNT SEE some of the arrow dvds which I have, maybe i missed it. ASYLUM EVIL SPEAK HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD THE KRAYS CARRIE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER i HAVE THESE IN ARROW BOX SETS WITH THE BOOKLETS AND POSTER, ALSO COMES WITH STILLS FROM THE FILMS.
Good collection. Sergio Martino boxset was a money grab by Arrow video. I agree with you there is no point in buying overpriced 4k titles when you already have limited edition blu ray.

Impressive collection. Prefer no background music as your opining is sufficiently entertaining and pretty funny. Agree with your 4K vs BluRay. There are a few exceptions - Donnie Darko, Kino Lorber’s Misery, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers, etc.
Always love these video's with USA buyers not realizing they have USA only region Arrow titles, that here in the UK cost over £30 to import then there's ones like Dillinger up until the UK release last week the only option was the USA version that cost over £50.
I have loads of those limited editions and no way would I buy them again on UHD. I may consider that new edition of Tenebrae but I want to see screen caps first.
Why do people always mention the dog flashbacks as if a dog can’t have a flashback? How the hell would we even know what goes on inside a dog’s head? Do you honestly think that if you kicked a dog a few days ago that the dog wouldn’t remember you the next time he saw you?!? He will either bark or try to eat your ass! Now if he remembers that you kicked him, wouldn’t that qualify as a flashback of sorts?!? It seems to me the director of the Hills Have Eyes Part II was more grounded in reality in that scene than people give him credit for.

That’s why I have a region free player. Arrow titles are much much cheaper and have better sales in UK and I’ll take advantage of that whenever I can

They’re called Giallo films. They’re Italian films that pre date the American slasher.
