Great collection glad someone young is collecting physical media but I do hate these videos now I'm trying to find them I've bought probably 30 or 40 past months didn't know they were in steelbooks
Never really got into the Premium releases (Mantalab, EverythingBlu etc.). They just don't make sense to me. You get the standard studio discs (often multiple times) in pretty packaging for humongous amounts of money. I'd rather spent my money on nice boutique releases which mostly have superior Mastering/Encoding and much better special features (those are my jam) and often also pretty packaging. xD
You named 2 sites you buy from but I couldn't tell what they are. One was at the 10:45 marker and the other was at the 11:45 marker. Can you tell me what these are please? Thank you!!!
It's good to see people still buying and keeping media discs and creating spaces for them. Not a fan of creating shrines though. I think the jury is still out on how to store and display these without making people look like obsessive nuts. Answers on a postcard, please
Dont kill me for this comment. Not a bash. I enjoyed seeing your collection. But i was wondering when you showed off why you didnt go left to right to show off in order. Like when you showed Ultraman, it was backwards 7-1. And the BFI series etc. Just curious if you even thought about that, or did it that way on purpose?
I don't understand the way you organize your movies. I have many categories like favorite actors, directors, European movies, Asian movies, Animation, Horror, Western, Music movies, nostalgic movies, Comedy, Series etc..... It's the only way when you have 3600 movies to have an overview. Anyway I love your collection and love your channel. Greetings from Belgium
I have it by premiums first then Steelbook, after that regular go in alphabetically. I also clumped them in groups, Marvel, Disney, horror etc, another thing I do is make it look nice to my eyes, and somehow I know exactly where a movie is.
I remember the days of having 12K DVD, 5k BluRays, and a fast growing UHD collection. Not to mention boxes of Laserdiscs. At the height I would get early releases, care packages every week. I had a separate Asian collection, horror collection and anime collection that focused on all my favourite series. I would count by the bookcase, but when my daughter came along, I realized how my space they were taking up. Some I still keep in the media room (4K projector), and my office. But some are in the basement all boxed, and many I gave away. When I looked at my DVD collection from day one and on, I was somewhat sad to see the investment I made, that would never be worth much. Kept some rates way too long, like all Criterion first 200. Custom steel boxes made by fans. It’s nice to see such a well kept collection. I miss the days when mine was probably one of the top 1% worldwide.
Wow that is incredible, would've loved to see your complete collection displayed. I will eventually run out of space too, I am going to slowly sell off duplicates and other movies that I don't want. Thank you for watching

Shrines are badass.
40 year old virgin vibes
@@Coneman3the real virgins are the ones streaming movies with shitty bitrates 💀
I think in some cases it borders on mental illness. Definitely some serious OCD going on with some.
Where can I find that premium edition of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood?
I just realized I do not have a movie collection, I have a 2,500 movie library.
Nice collection!
Impressive
Thank you
