Hey Bradley! 8 years ago you gave me the idea of trying to improve my handwriting and I am glad I did it, now I am very pleased with the English type cursive that I use in my daily writing.
@@stuffandthingsyoutube I understand completely! But, wow! I thought my birds had a decent chance of winning, but I surely didn't expect this. But, I was very surprised at the Ravens huge win over the Lions, too. These guys are getting hot just when they need to! Barring injuries and such, they might (maybe) get to Las Vegas. The Seahawks are a better team than what they showed today, I think. Well, we'll see what happens, right? Now, to watch your Sunday video!
Ooooh! A friend gave me an original 19th century Spencerian book like the ones you have. I learned Italic years ago, so that's my go-to for writing, but I can do other kinds, too. Your handwriting is uniquely yours!
I have those same Spencerian books (plus a newer Spencerian book I think is a little clearer), and have been thinking about making a few minutes of practice part of my daily routine again. You were part of my inspiration to try 8 years ago 😁 Perhaps I'll send a you a letter to your PO box as an impetus to get started again.
I have been asked by clerks (in their 20's) in the office, after passing to them notes, written out in longhand, 'What language is this? What does this say?'. So I have reverted to the printing of small, regular, neat letters of the seriously deranged mind. We all lost something when cursive writing stopped being taught in Grade School. Pity.
There was that meme going around of Gen Zers doing the "write without lifting your pen from the paper challenge." They managed to reinvent cursive without realizing it.
Writing your own letters is the hallmark of practical penpeopleship. One develops a personal font, to translate to computer times. Nice handwriting btw.
Very nice... I should make an attempt at improving my handwriting. I'd received a lot of compliments on my handwriting... It looks nice, but it's very hard to read

That's really great to hear!
I think your writing is pretty darn good! Also, good game coming up tomorrow. Your Seahawks here at my Ravens. May the best bird win!😊
Ugh. I don't even want to think about it. Pathetic showing!

I need to practice more!
@@stuffandthingsyoutube All that writing you do counts as practice. No Spencerian police are showing up to ticket you! ;-)

I'd be happy to receive one!
Looks great Bradley... My handwriting still sucks... ^_^
I used to be heavy into fountain pens. Was a fun way to practice handwriting too
It's definitely a pleasant way to write!

Thanks so much!

Never too late!
Just using a fountain pen improves your hand writing. For anyone using those spencerian workbooks...start with pencil.
First and first and first.
First And Last And Always.
My 8 years old daughter writes better as she learns it at school.. I gave up 30 years ago
