Love the Scourge figure! It's a perfect combination of his RID 2001 counterpart, and even Lockdown from Age of Extinction! Even his weapons reminded of of Kawaki from Boruto, who I once thought of him as a more humanized Galvatron!
I don't know why, but he reminds me of Scourge from the animated series Robots In Disguise. This Scourge in a word is... *BRUTAL!!*
Scourge in Robots in Disguise was a recolour of a G2 Optimus Prime toy, similar to how Rise of the Beasts Scourge is a monstrous modification of the truck used for Optimus Prime in the first five Bay films. I really like how we got this movie update of RiD Scourge.
It's pretty accurate from the trailer spot we've seen.
The only real inaccuracy is that possibly the nose becomes the torso, as his shoulders formed onto the cab.

Now that you mention it, I can see the Durge influence in that chain coif coming down from his mask, giving him that real long neck.
At first I was like, why does he have a tail, is there another alt form, then it becomes a sword right in his hand. Brilliant.

I love this figure and loathe it in equal measure, I love the Mad Max truck mode and I love the terrifying robot mode, perfect for a Hereld but I'm always having to treat it gently due to the use of translucent plastic. And I just really hate how there's a big gap between the legs in truck mode. The back end looks nowhere as good as the front.

Woah he’s actually pretty good! Unlike his G1 Counterpart…
I don't really think that's a fair comparison, as this version is much closer to Nemesis Prime from RiD. G1 Scourge only really comes up when his G1 Unicron gang pals are used. It's apt, but it's loaded, like saying how Breakdown from Transformers Prime is so much better than his Stunticon counterpart.
I like that simple transformation and still look similar the movie
