this is channel is my background noise go to, the atmosphere is just pure positivity, and usually the sounds are pretty stratifying, I hate working or studying in silence and these videos make me feel less alone
I want to send a big thank you to Steve. I've been listening to his advice on working with chocolate and my Christmas baking was so much easier to do and it turned out better than ever. I love that he shares his knowledge.
I like how this video flows; the feeling of Craig bouncing around the store as various thing happen over the course of a day is really energetic and interesting.
I still remember the days when Max was just learning how to cover chocolate pretzels 🥨. Man you all have come so far and the family at Hercules Candy is still just at great and fun♥️♥️♥️
I just made my first order to Hercules, and seriously, I can’t stand it, I am sooo excited that I won’t be able to sleep until it gets here 😄, been watching you all since the basement!
Oh my Goodness YES. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of Crisp Chocolate being broken up. It's the same sound I hear when BITING into a Delectable piece of Quality Chocolate. Ahhhhhhhhh
I work for a certain delivery service and yesterday for the first time I saw a box come down the belt with a star on it and knew right away where it came from. Congrats to the person who earned their star 🤗
I didn’t catch this on time because I was doing tattoos but I’m so glad You guys keep working hard and making great videos for us to watch .. thank you for that..❤️
Oh my Goodness YES. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of Crisp Chocolate being broken up. It's the same sound I hear when BITING into a Delectable piece of Quality Chocolate. Ahhhhhhhhh
First time seeing chocolate chopped on here and honestly that is so satisfying!! Also just want to say, thank you for such great content!! I really struggle to sleep but watching your videos and listening to you guys have conversations about everyday life just chills me out and takes my mind off things and helps me fall asleep! (No I’m not saying the videos are boring and make me want to fall asleep) But anyway, thanks guys!! Wish I lived in the US to get some of your candy!!
No wonder he’s so cheerful, if I got to start my day stabbing that much chocolate into tiny pieces to relieve stress I’d be the mellowest person on the planet.😆
I do make the candies but its still satisfying watching others do it & at time's you learn little tips that can help cut time or answer questions you have.
Is anyone else watching and saying..." There's one, get that one...you need to hit that one again, oh, be careful don't hit your finger" . I know I y'all are think that. Love the videos, miss doing the creams. It's been a while. Fascinating how the chemistry of the sugar changes by putting it in the machine. Can we have more often videos please? Thank you. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 💘 🇺🇸 🇺🇸
This was a good one. Love the added car brushing, and super speed circling of the car. Love that you moved around and questioned each department, it really showed a well oiled machine... while also showing the family/friend dynamic. If I were a tech professor I’d give Craig an A+.
I got my first Hercules candy order yesterday, and the chocolate is amazing, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed each bite, I will be ordering again. Since I have been binge watching since I found your channel, I know I am qualified to make everything there you make!
Love watching your videos. My Granddaughters are hooked too. They were so amazed at all the sugar in the candy ... I asked them what they thought was in candy. My oldest 9 yrs old ... said definitely not carrots 🥕
Wow that is some large chocolate bar. Max is able to do pretty much all chocolate making. Love the way Steve flips his hand when he fills the chocolate bunnies.
i personally really enjoy the asmr videos you guys do! even just the short asmr style clips in your main videos (like the chopping chocolate) are very relaxing and nice
Craig and Max you could also finish each others sandwiches. Max assume the position... Its good to get back to chocolate and all that goes with it. Thank you for sharing
My fav candy-making to watch are the Chocolate Bark and the Hard candies. Although we see hard candies being made 100's of times, I never get tired of watching the hard candy making and all the different flavours make it interesting.
Personally I like when you include asmr sounds, like breaking chocolate, or mixing hard candy, and I especially like the slow-mo shots. You did a cool reverse video of a candy pour in one intro that I thought was awesome. Great camera work, and delicious looking treats, with banter and humour. What's not to love!
It's official... I will move myself all the way from Texas just to work there. I've wanted to be a confectioner since I was 11 and this is such a wonderful environment. I'm still a senior in high school so I'll have to wait but I really want to work in a place like that.
I really enjoyed the vidya, Craig. The new gals seem extremely nice and looks like they fit right in. I love talks with Terry as she cracks me up. Today was so icy here in mid Michigan, it was awful. Take care:)
Strawberry/Banana Cremes ! Not sure what comes first, the banana or the strawberry, just using strawberry for this example. Make small strawberry cremes, set till firm. Make larger, half filled banana creams, and place small strawberry centers on top of banana to level. Let set, sift, enrobe! Thinking that the banana viscosity would be the determinative factor of the creme to creme ratio. Added to the ratio of each size of the banana and strawberry molds, will be more forgiving to construct each flavor more evenly in the end result. But I'm weird, and have already made them in my mind, lol! CAN'T WAIT!
Oh my Goodness YES. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of Crisp Chocolate being broken up. It's the same sound I hear when BITING into a Delectable piece of Quality Chocolate. Ahhhhhhhhh
Yayyyyy earliest I've seen a video. I feel special lol I will be placing an order this week with my sister. Since we live in Las Vegas we have to order now bc it gets 115 degrees+ in the summer
Omg that bubble wrap roller!!! I have a home based bakery, I'm going to have to look into that. I've bought from uline before but haven't looked into that specific product. I remember when you guys got that but didn't know how it worked. Thank you for showing this!
Working in a store, put a brand new blade in my knife like you're using.cut the box and my hand slipped.I felt it go across my belly, we all just looked at each other.I kept saying omg, omg, omg and over. Finally looked down, shirt slit from one side to other.Pulled up my shirt and had nothing but a red mark.I almost passed out before I looked.God must have been watching me that day, I had pulled the blade out as far as it could go.I'm 75 and still kicking.
I saw the sit/stand work station Terri had on the last video and got the same one. Then I had to get an anti-fatigue mat for my feet. Thanks Terri. :-D
this is channel is my background noise go to, the atmosphere is just pure positivity, and usually the sounds are pretty stratifying, I hate working or studying in silence and these videos make me feel less alone
We're here for ya!
I want to send a big thank you to Steve. I've been listening to his advice on working with chocolate and my Christmas baking was so much easier to do and it turned out better than ever. I love that he shares his knowledge.
That's great to hear!
I like how this video flows; the feeling of Craig bouncing around the store as various thing happen over the course of a day is really energetic and interesting.
Thanks! I'm glad you appreciate it!
I still remember the days when Max was just learning how to cover chocolate pretzels 🥨. Man you all have come so far and the family at Hercules Candy is still just at great and fun♥️♥️♥️
My 3 year old watched this one with me and was fascinated by almost everything. He’s decided he “needs all that candy.”
Well I guess you know what to get him for his birthday! haha
That is sooooo cute! They do make this channel fun and everything looks sooo good to♥️
A child who knows his priorities. Brilliant!
I still watch the videos from the basement. It’s so nice to see how far the company has grown in the last few years.
We can actually smell the chocolate as Max chops it up. Thanks Max!
You should do a morning to night video staying in the background so we get a sense of what it’s like being there.
Yeah what they said
I third this motion.
Max: "Five gruben schnitzel's my limit!" I havent laughed that hard in weeks. 😅😅😂
Watching him stabbing that chocolate makes me nervous 😳🤣
Makes me hungry!
I was just going to say this 😂 I have such bad hand eye coordination I think I would stab myself.
He is a skilled chocolate chopper!!! Terry taught him well. She's the original choco-chopper!!
I reckon this is a job that Karen would be excellent at!
I'm sure there's a good reason why he doesn't use a hammer...but I would.
If the world had more Karens like Karen, This world would be a better place 🥰🤗
Well said
Lol
I know right!!!!
most of us Karens are like Karen (or try to be)... those other "Karens" aren't really Karens
Karen would be brilliant at chocolate chopping... ;-) 'Ya stab 'em harddd, just like you're trying to kill them!!'
Loved seeing the bubble machine in action.
I just made my first order to Hercules, and seriously, I can’t stand it, I am sooo excited that I won’t be able to sleep until it gets here 😄, been watching you all since the basement!
chopping that chocolate was satisfying for some reason but at the same time I just saw that go into your hand like 100 times :P
Oh my Goodness YES. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of Crisp Chocolate being broken up. It's the same sound I hear when BITING into a Delectable piece of Quality Chocolate. Ahhhhhhhhh
Literally that is what I came into the comments to write, how am I calmed yet nervous??
I find the crinkling of the bag annoying!
It reminds me of the sound in Chip's Challenge. Thunk, thunk, thunk. 🏃♂️
Two of the most underrated kitchen tools are the ice pick and the hammer. Can't live without them.
The packing room is always my favorite
Same lol
yessssss
So pack you Hahahaha jk
ugh same here. I hope in the future they're gonna make a packing video compilation lol
The girl packing wasn't very good. She wouldn't pass at a big box store.
" Wake up, wake up," It's Hercules candy time.
I keep watching old episodes, I love watching all the sweets being made and I love how you all get on with each other xx
I work for a certain delivery service and yesterday for the first time I saw a box come down the belt with a star on it and knew right away where it came from. Congrats to the person who earned their star 🤗
I love the interactions between Craig and Max. Always makes me laugh. I bet my coworkers think I’m crazy cuz I wear headphones lol.
I didn’t catch this on time because I was doing tattoos but I’m so glad You guys keep working hard and making great videos for us to watch .. thank you for that..❤️
Happy New Year, Hercules Candy team!! Sending all the positive love and energy to you guys and wishing for nothing but peace and health to all!
Thanks you too Ashley!
Happy New Year ❤️ Stay safe and healthy. May the year opens new opportunities for all
2nded!
Thanks you too Anum!
0:25 omg this is so satisfying 😍
Everything Cara does is exhilarating!
We could all do with a bit more chocolate this year.
Amen 🙌
Oh my Goodness YES. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of Crisp Chocolate being broken up. It's the same sound I hear when BITING into a Delectable piece of Quality Chocolate. Ahhhhhhhhh

Thanks for packaging my order I loved it so much and the cold pack was still keeping things cool after 4 days in Texas
That's great to hear!
Ok, who here had fantasies about sinking their teeth into a full block of chocolate?
All the dang time
yes, me
No wonder he’s so cheerful, if I got to start my day stabbing that much chocolate into tiny pieces to relieve stress I’d be the mellowest person on the planet.😆
Who else feels like they have watched so many videos, they could make all of the candy? Lol
(I know it’s a lot harder than it looks)
I make candies also, but not at this level. The grandkids would always want to rob my stash.
I do make the candies but its still satisfying watching others do it & at time's you learn little tips that can help cut time or answer questions you have.
I couldn't make them but I bet I can tell exactly where I'm failing
Chocolate got me through 2020 and I still lost weight!
Congratulations!
And everyone saw the chocolate and said ‘Oooooh!!! Awwww!!! Ooooo!!!’ “Stay safe and eat Hercules Candy!!!”
Any year is the year for chocolate! I think my favorite videos are the ones cutting bark. It’s such a satisfying sound.
Is anyone else watching and saying..." There's one, get that one...you need to hit that one again, oh, be careful don't hit your finger" . I know I y'all are think that. The starch room banter is cracking me up 😂
Haha thanks Chiara, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
You all know how to bring us 🇺🇸 happiness. Chocolate is the perfect fix. Happy 2021 and God bless.
I got my first Hercules candy order yesterday, and the chocolate is amazing, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed each bite, I will be ordering again. Since I have been binge watching since I found your channel, I know I am qualified to make everything there you make!
Max's new sink is cute sitting there next to the big setup.
the breaking of the chocolate part in the beginning gave me asmr tingles ✨✨💙
Watching you guys make candy is very relaxing! Thanks for making these videos and taking my mind off of this crazy world!
I want my full time job to be cutting crunchy chocolate bark, I dont think I'd get bored for a looooong time 😍
i personally really enjoy the asmr videos you guys do! even just the short asmr style clips in your main videos (like the chopping chocolate) are very relaxing and nice
your videos help me not to get anxious in the evenings. get so calm from it. 💞
I’m asking Santa for a bubble wrap machine next Christmas.
I love when Max pokey pokeys the chocolate
Steve and Max are the hardest working men there
Even though I’ve watched your videos for years I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve seen you break up the chocolate.
Really? We've done it a couple times, but I suppose not too often
@@HerculesCandy I know. I don’t know how it’s passed me by. Lol.
Craig and Max you could also finish each others sandwiches.
Max assume the position...
Its good to get back to chocolate and all that goes with it.
Thank you for sharing
Every time I see you poke that chocolate out of the pack, I always think there just has to be a better way to do that for safety and time.
Now that’s what I call a chocolate bar! Ayeee!
My fav candy-making to watch are the Chocolate Bark and the Hard candies. Although we see hard candies being made 100's of times, I never get tired of watching the hard candy making and all the different flavours make it interesting.

Purrfect timing 😻 Sending lots of love from Australia 💕
Oh yes, Valentine's Day coming up! Almost time for another visit from Mr. Poley!
Valentine’s Day hopefully means a Mr Poley video!!!!!
That bubble wrap machine is the single greatest invention of our time!
i've been watching you guys for 3 years now!
Take care:)
Thanks! I'm glad we could give you something fun to watch on an icy Michigan day 😊
Now I want chocolate...
I know. I start soon and that’s all I’ve been wanting
CAN'T WAIT!
If they used the patty molds, it could be sort of a double decker cream
It’s like a greatest hits reel! Waiting for my order and I swear I saw it in the background! At least I like to think it was....
20:45 "I dont get how you can just watch" as were all here watching it behind the screens 😂👌
Happy New Year from Atlantic Canada.
For Max & Terry’s two flavor creams idea you could see if there’s some kind of split funnel and just fill each side with the different creams.
Woah that’s a big block of chocolate 🍫🍫🍫🍫
Hello Hercules Team,
Got yourself a new fan from London, UK 🇬🇧 Lots of love xx
Anyone else just want all that chocolate??
You guys have a strawberry lemonade hard candy...but you should make a raspberry lemonade one!!!!
My first order should be here tomorrow or Thursday! Yay!!!
Can I just have a whole slice of chocolate covered caramel? Literally becoming an addiction...... I’m serious🤤😫
Happy New Year! 🇨🇦🇨🇦
My favorite part of these vlogs is seeing the beautiful cara! ❤️
i just noticed Max is getting muscle arms like Stev e.
The sound of breaking chocolate 👌
Oh my Goodness YES. There is something so therapeutic about the sound of Crisp Chocolate being broken up. It's the same sound I hear when BITING into a Delectable piece of Quality Chocolate. Ahhhhhhhhh
I hope one day I can come from PA and visit. You guys are amazing!
Yayyyyy earliest I've seen a video. I feel special lol I will be placing an order this week with my sister. Since we live in Las Vegas we have to order now bc it gets 115 degrees+ in the summer
Caixa dos sonhos ,nao é?Viva HERCULES CANDY
Just occurred to me how neutral your accents are, mainly because you said Aussie right but also because of how easy to understand you all are
I found your Videos last night... I am not disappointed at all. I will be ordering ASAP
Happy Tuesday. Max was making me so nervous stabbing the chocolate. Another great video. Hope you are all having a great week so far.
Still just here waiting for them to come to Australia 😭
Omg that bubble wrap roller!!! I have a home based bakery, I'm going to have to look into that. I've bought from uline before but haven't looked into that specific product. I remember when you guys got that but didn't know how it worked. Thank you for showing this!

I have a treat idea called s'more balls, crumbled graham crackers into melted marshmallows like rice krispies treat dipped in chocolate
If I eat so much of chocolate, I would definitely earn a trip to the ER due my chocolate allergy . However, I love to watch it.
Taste tasting of all the chocolates 🍫🍫
Dark chocolate always has a nice snap when it gets cut/broken. It's super nice sound
I saw the sit/stand work station Terri had on the last video and got the same one. Then I had to get an anti-fatigue mat for my feet. Thanks Terri. :-D
Our houses aren’t upside down 🤦🏼♀️ (love watching your videos
)
Good to know!
The end was the best part 😁
Every year is a year for chocolate!
My notifications worked... sleep just prevailed 🤪🤪. Love this channel!
Every year should be the year for chocolate
Joe needs to design a gadget to break up the bars. Like the hard cans chopper with spike or an Iron Maiden 😁
Happy New. Years.
