Edit again: i just looked up 12:17 animal, it's a muntjac deer and there are a few in the zoos near my hometown

For the spirit box, they do use radio stations that switch really fast so that the spirit can combine words to make it easier for them to talk, so it is using radio stations but what’s bringing the words out is the spirit
for those interested in the glass one, there is a high probability that the glass had been damaged prior and due to stress caused on the material via either temperature change or/and the weight(even small) the building put on the glass, it broke with the weakest appearing as if it was something that hit the glass.

You know, I remember that at the old house of my grandparents there was this one room i did not like that much, cause every time I slept there I would let my teddybear hang on the edge in my hand and something would grab it and put it back on the other side of the bed. But the thing is, there was no way something could be under there and every time I wanted to check if I could see it I would only be able to move after the bear was back, as if I was frozen in time. This happend until I was like 10, I dont remember. It creeps me every time when I think back at it, something under the bed and I could never see what.
