PPR? While I think the Rams will be good. They will only be good if Stafford stays healthy. That leads me to Allen and Laporta.
You guys don't win many leagues huh? Kyren and Puka aren't getting out of the first 2 rounds.. both other options would still be available... you keep the Rams and draft any of 8 legit QBs in the 5th round and then Evan Engram in the 7th and you are set

They did lose their starting center so maybe that is a factor. Plus he seems to always get injured. Not to mention Philly runs the tush push which eliminates goa line carries and TD's.
