There are some places with steel underneath right about where the front of the door is and in a few inches. You have to lay on your back with a flashlight to see it. You can tap the area with a hammer to verify that it is not plastic.

I've done this job and it's hell.
Goodness. What an ordeal. I'm not looking forward to this.
I don't think that anyone "Looks Forward" to these jobs, but it has to be done.....so we either do it ourselves, or pay much more to have it done
@@MRM-wp4gr I'll do it myself. It's not often that changing the differential fluid is easier than changing an engine air filter.
Definitely taking mine to the dealer for this.
