Night in London song - Javed Ali did justice but the "feelling" that Rafi Saheb naturally evoked is missing. Rafi Saheb was the ONLY singer that laughed (Ham Kale Hain), smiled, romanticized (Nazar na Lag Jai/Tum Jo mil Gaye) and even cried (Babul ki Duaen/Chahunga Mai) singing his songs - from the heart. Truly.

Thank you for posting the whole show for fans of Laxmikant Pyarelal music. Living in the UK it is hard to visit and attend such shows but with technology and likes of youtube it brings everyone closer to the awesomeness of Laxmikant Pyarelal, The selection of singers and their choices for the songs were just right. I could not understand the name and i do apologise but the guy who sang the song from Bobby ' Main Shahir To Nahin' was really good. These are songs, this is music, this is melody. The selections of songs was good and different from the norm but the catalogue of brilliance from Laxmikant Pyarelal is so great that its hard to choose between thousands of songs to sing in the show. I hope that Hemantkumar Mahale continues the good work and we get to see another show of Laxmikant Pyarelal with a different selection of songs, and keeping the same selection of singers as they were all right in the correct area. - For ones who watched this show and keep saying there is no mention of this person or that person, but if they start doing that then the show would never end. The comment below who says there was no mention of Mohammed Rafi - before Javed Ali starting the song Main Ik Raja Hoon the announcer mentions that the song was going to be ommited but Mohammed Rafi requested LP to stick to the song and compose it. Just like she mentions before Sudesh Bhosle sand Mere Mehboob that this song gave birth to another fine singer into the industry - Kishore Kumar. This was to celebrate and enjoy they work of LP - Enjoy stop moaning about the fact no mention of person x-y-z.

Anchoring is fantastic, About LP I can only say two physical bodies in one soul, Unfortunately Laxmikant ji is not with us today, my humble tributes to this great legend... I am not a fault finder but the anchor said, संगीत के सागर मे असंख्य सितारे.... This does not seem proper, It would have been better if she would have said, मौसीकी की विशाल आसमान मे असंख्य सितारे, क्यो की सागर मे तो मोती होते है और सितारे आसमानमे.... Mahale saheb continue your mission of entertaining masses who love music and who love you..... Night in London song - Javed Ali did justice but the "feelling" that Rafi Saheb naturally evoked is missing. Rafi Saheb was the ONLY singer that laughed (Ham Kale Hain), smiled, romanticized (Nazar na Lag Jai/Tum Jo mil Gaye) and even cried (Babul ki Duaen/Chahunga Mai) singing his songs - from the heart. Truly.
Evenafter a great composer Pyarelalji is a great human being...shat shat naman...

Thank you for posting the whole show for fans of Laxmikant Pyarelal music. Living in the UK it is hard to visit and attend such shows but with technology and likes of youtube it brings everyone closer to the awesomeness of Laxmikant Pyarelal, The selection of singers and their choices for the songs were just right. I could not understand the name and i do apologise but the guy who sang the song from Bobby ' Main Shahir To Nahin' was really good. These are songs, this is music, this is melody. The selections of songs was good and different from the norm but the catalogue of brilliance from Laxmikant Pyarelal is so great that its hard to choose between thousands of songs to sing in the show. I hope that Hemantkumar Mahale continues the good work and we get to see another show of Laxmikant Pyarelal with a different selection of songs, and keeping the same selection of singers as they were all right in the correct area. - For ones who watched this show and keep saying there is no mention of this person or that person, but if they start doing that then the show would never end. The comment below who says there was no mention of Mohammed Rafi - before Javed Ali starting the song Main Ik Raja Hoon the announcer mentions that the song was going to be ommited but Mohammed Rafi requested LP to stick to the song and compose it. Just like she mentions before Sudesh Bhosle sand Mere Mehboob that this song gave birth to another fine singer into the industry - Kishore Kumar. This was to celebrate and enjoy they work of LP - Enjoy stop moaning about the fact no mention of person x-y-z.
