ig you will be happier when you find out you can maul kavo with 3 breath cycles (non fully elder ker does around 1.1k breath dmg when you overbreath its probably gonna be lower for vau tho)
the cloud breath has actually been nerfed, it went from 70 health per tick to 35 on taiyuelong. and went from 140 to 70 on the novus warden, it's regeneration rate has been severely nerfed as well. it used to only take about 10 seconds for the cloud breath to fill back up but now, even 30 seconds isnt enough to fill it up fully. the novus is now super weak, from being able to duel with the oxy because of the breath to being completely useless
Id say lightning breath is just 1st in general without status because vaum can just use its bleed to do what it needs to do and everything is dying to it
And this is why I use pliarys because its its one of the best flier killers. About the only flier thats stronger would be para and thats about it. Not only does it do a decent amount of damage, it got keen observer, ambush, and will to live which might come in handy

Tip for cloud breath : you can use cloud breath then stop for like 1-2 secs then fire it again

unfortunately deals less than lightning with chain, it's not on the list because it has a 2 minute cooldown (crazy)
