The only problem in our education *in my opinion* is we will mugup the concept instead of understanding it.

That's why, Tamil nadu students are not getting seats in IITs-Btech programs as well as NEET exams. To get medical and engineering seats we need to get more marks. understanding the subject is secondary. Don't support dravidian politicians.

Then dont worry if possible write NEET exam here u will satisfied - purely based on understanding

      Mugup concept is also good.
      One way of learning.
      But not the only way.
All the concept cannot be understood by a child.
The problem of Tamil Nadu students is not mugup method because all cannot mugup.
We should have one text book for mathematics and science in all states and one question paper, whether matriculation or state or CBSE.
If this is solved their can be a check on entrance exam training centers.
For language and social they can use their own state wise text books to teach their children about their own history and literature as per states.

    Hi
I am Bala Jitendra from AP
I like this policy and your video
I would like to give my inputs on language:
If you observe this point, ‘mandatory education till 5th class on kid’s mother tongue’...
Which means a Tamil kid will undergo all his subjects in his/her mother language (Tamil)
And also the policy is telling that if he wants to extend his education on his mother tongue, there is a provision.
    Coming to 3 language policy:
I want to give my example:
I grew up learning my mother tongue - Telugu, along with Hindi and English.
Learning languages is pretty easy for kids and it is good for their confidence.
    I learned Tamil, after I married a Tamil girl(that’s a different thing)
But, now I can go anywhere in India and work and understand people’s language, National politics.
    I love my mother tongue-Telugu
At the same time, I respect and learned other languages- Tamil, Hindi and English
I never felt that my mother tongue was taken away, when I am learning a new language.
Because, after that Hindi class, we will talk in our language.
Also there is not any mandatory to take Hindi as the 3rd Language, you can choose other South Indian languages too
So, welcome this new education policy.
Let’s strive to make our children well educated.

This policy looks great when it is in vision but it has many and many challenges when it is put into act
    1. Are most teachers potential enough the teach students in practical way as per this new education policy
( I can still see teachers making students to memorise things even this goes till 10-12)
    2. Abt compulsary 3 languages , This government needs to understand that knowing a language is not a knowledge .
But I welcome their idea of native language education till 5th standard
( It is an unnecessary burden for kids )
    3. This system says it gives equal education for every single kid all over India of same standard . will they able to implement them equally can they make a government school to an international standard . ( the condition of current government schools and government hospitals are no where even half times equal to privatised one then how can both be equal )
4 .Unnecessary Board exams for 3rd , 5th , 8th makes kids and even their family more stressed ( Recent issues abt 5th board exam in TN which was later scrapped , some media asked to both children's and their parents and 99 percent they were against it )
    5. Common entrance exam all over will Definitely suppress the kids from rural and kids who gets education from government schools .( so when u cannot give a student who educates from a rural government skool to the standard of international skool and now this system says they are going to examine the rural government skool student with an international student who will have a different standard of teaching )
Finally This plan looks like the best on paper but upto me it's like 80 - 20 chance . Maximum is they cannot implement the following said .
A big question is do life of future kids needs to be put to risk . Who are the future of India .
My suggestion is they can try things from 3rd till 5th standard for certain number of years if it really looks convinced that they have achieved atleast 75 percent of what they said . Then it can be put into act till 12th standard

I will try explain the answers I know(This includes my opinions also)
1.)For teachers there will be training for either 1year or 6 months even for teachers who are teaching anganwadi
2.) 3 languages is to preserve culture and has nothing to do with knowledge in my opinion.
3.)Yes, it is a challenge that government should focus and it is also mentioned in policy that fee structure of private institutions will be monitored by government (means to get rid of unnecessary fees from students)
4.) I also think it's unnecessary but if the evaluation system is different from now it would be better (They should not evaluate on basis of marks)
      5) Yes common entrance exam should be there only after when each and every student gets equal education

    • @johnthomas8297
      @johnthomas8297 4 года назад +2

@@shanmukheeshwarlingala2648 Bro I have some more suggestions in ur answers .
      1. Already teachers are undergoing B.ed , M.ed for training students in a practical way .which is not delivered .Yes this government want to make a change to bring full flugded practical things is appreciable but can they able to do that ?
My suggestions is try those stuffs from 3rd std to 5std make it possible atleast 75 percent successfully then they can make it impose till 12th .
      2. Even with 2 languages till date our culture is preserved why do we need a 3rd language to preserve our culture and same nothing to do with knowledge .
      3. Fees are not going to define the standards . Even some government teachers are spending their own money to bring children to school .
      4. Till date public exams were only for higher secondary classes . And everyone u , me and most are doing fyn with it . Why do we need a public exam for 3rd , 5th , 8th .
      5. They can never bring a equalised standard education .international schools will have different standards and government school students will have different standards and portions will be same with a common entrance exam is like suppressing the students who educate from government schools.
Who are those students 88 percentage of So called backward caste students "SC / ST" . So this government want to suppress those 88 percentage of students .
They cannot even bring a common uniform for a student who studies in government school ( 88% of sc / st students )and international school student.

Whole world: NEP is a great step take by India.
TN: NEP is bad, because it's not democratic.
None of these points are valid.

Education is a State Right. In future it may infringe our rights to education. They can bring any kind of bullshitting entrance exams and filter poor students.
Even in Germany Universities are independent and funded by both Federal and State Govt. They don't have any kind of Entrance Exams.

@@gokulgururaju5852 You try to apply such institutes, you need have IELTS or TOFEL or GRE marks, references from reputed institutes, etc. For your first application, you have to spend around 50 K to 150 k. Then atleast interviews are there. IF you clear all you will get the seat.

Until Gurukkul system was in practice India's literacy rate was almost 97%. British totally destroyed Indian people's knowledge and made them as herds. In all our science book it is mentioned that Newton explained what is gravity but more than 7000 years before gravitation is clearly explained in Rig veda. Don't believe that British educated India. India's education. system should be changed towards research based.
