I think this system could be better if the school take it seriously mainly the middle and secondary stage are more important for the future of the students.
I am a professor. With my personal experience as a teacher and as a student, I can tell u that 99% of the students understand their skills and interests only after their 22-25th age. This is y u can able to see many serious carrier switches like doctor to IPS, IT professional to farmer, musician and so on... I even used to say that voters right age must be postponed to 25 from 18. Students won't have enough idea about their future in their school age. Please don't compare foreign countries as their college going % is very less. Their college dropout % is also too high. In the u.s the scientists from NASA and other engineers and doctors used to visit school students to motivate them to study doctor or engineer in the future. This will happen here as well...
yes, u r right... usually in a society, all the students arent naturally genius... 99.9 percent students are like normal students who understandts it lately after 22 as u said... But think about that remaining 0.1 percent naturally curious little genius students. Those are the few who make big things!!!... The nation which makes those 0.1% to achieve their goals will shine at all... we cant make everybody genius, and THERE IS NO NEED to make everybody genius!!!. Make those 0.1% to shine, then their philosophy or inventions or ability will make entire world to shine... but namma India maathiri countries la, ellarayum arivaali aakanum nu solli, oru mokkayaana, mandhamaana education policy a uruvaaki, atha ella students ayum follow panna vaikuraanga🤦🤦. ithanaala muttaal aa irukkura pasanga and curiousity ye illama irukura pasanga ellarum oaralavuku average students aa maaridaraan, but adhe samayam "thiramayaana pasangalum avanga kooda seanthu kadaisi varaikum AVERAGE aave irunthidaraan"..😢 this is why india la ennathaan koadi koadiya padichaalum oruthanum shine aaga maatikiran, and sports la sollave thevai illa, 125 crore population, but single olympic medal vaanga mukkurom... its because our education system makes everybody as average...

Yes sir. You right . 18 years old students little unable to think Enjoyed the right to vote value. This is not Age problem its problem of society sir. So, we teach them " why we vote ? " first of all we learn that " why we vote & what is real value on vote " And your very right . Motivation most important think to students for engaged the our own dreams. & Thank you sir.
orton cap sundar pichai is outcome of our earlier education system and that said 0.1 percent will do even without this vayula vada sudura education policy
Qualified teachers are there but no mechanism to monitor them in real time. Government should form a sperate department to monitor the performance of every teacher and should give KRA for every month. Problem with our government is simply going behind 'Vote politics' that's why playing a safe game with government employees.

Government school teachers are highly paid... For more than What they deliver.... Private school teachers are paid less... Most of them deliver more than what they are paid... One more is reservations in teaching profession....
@@lakshmipathyduraiswamy6973 govt school teachers are highly paid.. This thing I accept.. But what is that "than what they deliver"... Don't talk commonly abt all govt school teachers. I have seen many sincere govt school teachers who have sent their students to top colleges.. Think and talk..
Then quality teacher is also required and reservation is also required. I think both can't come together. If reservation is based on economy basis, it will be good.
Need to improve teacher skills is very more important and also teacher need to explain the concept by the way of easily reaching the students mind... 99% has hate the education that should be changed..Make the students as interested candidates on education.. Every day they should learn something from school.. These way our future kids are more intelligence than ourselves #jaihind
correct bro. But you said waiting the implementation process how is going on nu. ஆன பிஜேபி ப்னிஸிங் எப்பவுமே சரி இருக்காது(got knowledge from previous schemes)... Demonetisation big example every point having some hidden reasons too...
Valid point: Teacher's must be very talanted and have periodic appraisal for their knowledge updation. I personally saw while my schooling. Most of the staffs (Not all few staffs are good teachers too) are not updated and spending time unnecessary in Govt. Schools.

I read the 60 page NEP 2020 report and this is exactly how I felt! On paper, everything about India is good. Even the Indian healthcare system is the best on paper (not many countries give free medicines/drugs along with free healthcare) But when the implementation gets screwed up on so many levels, it is almost impossible to execute them in practice. Underprivileged/rural students have more to lose. When there is no uniform education in the country how can one think that the uniform examination/evaluation is FAIR. The playing field was never even! Thanks for your video
After decades of "Independence" as of 2012, those languishing below the poverty line is said to be 170 million people! And we are talking about uniform examination while encouraging different types of schools - for the poor, for the middle class, for the rich, for the opulent rich...
Well said LMES. I, as a government school teacher, agree with you. I welcome the New Education Policy. Though there are a few unacceptable factors (like board exam for 3rd and 5 th std pupils, unified entrance exam) and practically improbable (at this point of time) points, the Policy, overall, gives satisfaction for many of us. I expect more emphasis to mother tongue, infrastructure development in future... One of the heartening things for me is testing teacher's ability in regular intervals. The major disappointment on Govt School teacher is their ability. But in fact, they have already proven their ability by passing TRB, TET exams. But many of the teachers don't update themselves. The New Policy will force them updated for sure. That's a good sign. Those lazy, incapable teachers' quality will be upgraded so that the quality of Govt School education will develop. As you said, the victory lies on implementation of the Policy.... Let's wait and see. Let's educate all... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Don't worry about the Board Exams for 3rd, 5th and 8th students. They may be called as Board Exams and may get External Invigilation but the students will all be the same and won't bother much about their marks. Moreover the teachers also won't care much about those small fry board exams. And by the time they all get to the 12th Boards, which indeed is serious exam, they all will be accustomed to the Board Exam stress and atmosphere. The suicide rates of 12th students will significantly reduce as by the time they reach 12th they wouldn't bother much about scoring less marks.
@@saiyaninjafromvillagehidde8115 Yes sir. But Board Exam to 8 years old kids is too much... We used to see our rural school children daily. Most of them aren't able to hold their plates... How will they handle the mental pressure created by their parents, teachers, etc.. The society still look at marks as talent.... I agree your words that by the time they reach 12th, they will know how to manage things. But how about the early pressure...? Let's see... Time has answer for everything... 😂😂😂
@@AnandCd Our society is really not that foolish. They will not really put too much pressure upon the 8yr olds to score marks. What I'm trying to say is that the concept of Board Exam won't be a big deal anymore for the students as they already have got exposed to it from younger ages. The society will also stop making a big fuss about BOARD EXAMS and it will be looked at just like another exam. The mature or the previlaged (that is a matter of luck) ones will ace the exams while the others will also pass. Meaningless final moment stress and student suicide rates will also drastically reduce.
@@saiyaninjafromvillagehidde8115 Rightly said sir. What all our wish is this... We should give our future masters the best education without any prejudice... Hope we'll achive it...
@Sam Ram Govt of India, no matter what era, has always tried to provide equality as much as possible, but still our people find some loopholes in their plans and thus nothing has ever gone exactly according to the Govt's plans. But despite of that India has made some good progress and is better at something than many countries. If the Govt tries to become strict with it's actions then the greedy opposition and some foolish people start calling it as DICTATORSHIP LAW ENFORCEMENT and VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. This has been the major problem with our society. And of course this is one of the primary reasons why rural area people haven't developed enough yet that they get equal opportunities as the people in the cities. This education system will be successful but it'll take time. Govt will also start making new reforms to give the underprevilaged better chances. But for this all to happen the politicians and unoptimistic researchers must keep their mouth shut for a while and let the others cooperate with the Govt and it's plan for a while. This system has more positives than negatives and yes this is far better than the previous one. Slowly but surely courses like engineering (anybody's course these days) will start getting more value and only the capable will get to study engineering.
As a student, I firmly oppose your stand here. NEP promises a bright policy, but the effects could be quite the opposite. Nep has several disadvantages such as uniform entrance exam, board exam for class 3,5,8, mother tongue education, etc. And what about the diploma offered when you don't complete your degree? According to Nep, students who do not complete the 4 year term of their degree can get a diploma for the number of Years they attended college. This is a huge drawback which will noticeably increase the dropout rate. 2:58 : In case of education in the mother tongue, it is highly impossible for a diverse country like India to implement, because if children move from one state to another, them adapting to the language of that state is a huge challenge. This will definitely undermine their learning if they switch states. 3:22 Teaching english only as a language and not as the medium would decrease the proficiency of their presenting and communication skills, much needed when they move out for jobs all over the country or to international platforms. English is an accepted international language for communication, and teaching in that medium would make kids easily adapt to society after finishing school. 3:58 as said above, India has many languages. The countries you've mentioned have largely only one language nationwide, so that system is applicable for them. 5:44 I firmly oppose your statement here, because as you know, the nep policy says there will board exams for class 3,5, 8, and so on, and if ever they fail in the 5th board exam, it would definitely lead them to choose the vocational training, while it is a very early age for deciding a child's potential and the job, and this doesn't consider a space for late blomers. This will surely lead to more dropouts, especially in rural areas and poor families, and India has 27% of people living below poverty line. 7:30 Multidisciplinary study might lead to students learning a mixture of irrelevant subjects. Each group in the existing system has access to specific jobs the child would want to persue. In the existing system we already have freedom to choose subjects in the Optional. Also according to nep, students with a non- science background in higher secondary can opt for medical courses in college. The effects of this can be dangerous. 7:48 This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Please understand that many students today opt for their streams based on their interests and not based on score. As a student I see others study science while having low score and commerce students having more than 70%. Please step out of your stigma. Overall, Nep is a highly impossible policy, let alone acceptable. The outcome might even be the exact opposite of what it promises.
Your 1st, 2nd and 3rd are contradicting on it's own when you say English is international language then why can't it be used to communicate with other states?😂😂😅
First they must bring an upgrade training & improving skills of teachers ( millions of teachers) to implement this policy. Without doing, 80% of teachers will not be able create strong fundamentals for students. This will create confusion and ineffectiveness in the education system. They have to improve the teachers standard before bringing this change
7.45 I accept becoz after 10th I was denied for science group though I took above 75% overall and 55% in science then I took tc joined in other school science group got medicine seat now infected with covid 19 due to covid duty last week.
City students have lots of option for any kind of coaching to score high compated to village schools of all over India. On this Please consider all over india.this is completely against poor students those who are coming from rural villages.
Well said, exactly what I have felt on this system. Ofcourse there might be some challenges while implementing but if it is successfully implemented it will greatly improve the next generations vision on all kinds of jobs and rather than a stress kids will enjoy doing and parent (our generation) also can motivate them in all kinds of jobs. The implementation part like you said, is the challenging ine, it should be implemented in a way where foreign universities have professors who are scientists too, and this should be distributed all over the state/country and many visiting teachers should be encouraged which will never supress the students from asking questions. Rather than being a business education should now atleast become a necessity that government should handle. I beleive future india will be so intelligent if the vision is implemented unanimously. Hoping to see the future 🤞
I feel that before implementing new policy for student education, govt should implement new policy for teachers ( about qualification, updating their knowledge, exams for teachers)

Déjà vu LMES. What you have been mentioning so long is suddenly implemented into a policy. Despite the shortfalls, this does look like a giant step forward. Congratulations to LMES for championing the education system. Board exam, subject group, and mugging mentality must end.

Good take LMES: My biggest concern against this policy and hope they consider and change is: 1. 3 language = burden 2. Common entrance after 12th. We should rather adopt de centralised approach of exams or application. 3. Board exams for 5th,8th etc shud be removed. That too National level exam adds pressure. Maybe 12th board alone is okay that too state level. 4. Say of State govt in Education ?? 5. How much of government role in school education is not addressed completely. LMES pls talk about point 3,4 & 5.
Your points are far better than those of Lmes. Very shocked lmes didn't talk abt these and more minuses of this policy. First minus starts at the first stage that foundation starts at 3yrs of age. What a stupidity. And I pity those who have commented that they want to learn under this policy.

Your analysis is appreciable. I hav always admired ur clarity of expression. One thing that i differ is, as an educationist for 25 yrs, running a village school , our students have had three languages from age 6 and it has worked well so three lang is a good idea i feel
I'm a student of grade 11 and I don't agree with you opinion. 3rd, 5th, and 8th graders when faced with the big task called "board exams" they would DEFINITELY undergo lot of pressure in such a yound age. And also, your support for students learning in their own language cannot be followed in a country like India that has diverse range of people speaking various languages. Countries like Japan, China, Korea can do so because they have the same language all over the nation but ours does not have a single language. And what if there is a student who is transferred to another state and doesn't know the regional language, how will that student learn? Wouldn't that make it harder for the students?
As a doctor I agree with everything you said ; also higher education has become a business , like you said the entrance examinations favour students who had the money to go to coaching centres and learn. As a PG aspirant it's very tough to get a seat of my choice through NEET exam without coaching although I was a topper in school.
First the selection of teachers is very important to effect this NEP. For that our political system is great interference. Only qualified people must be posted w/o adopting the persent recruitment system. For the post of teachers, doctors and advocates quality is very important. For other jobs the present system of recruitment can be followed. Will it work in the present political synorio? Children can cope up with 3 languages. No problem at all. I welcome the NEP as it is.
How can a child who is 10 year old can choose the vocational course are they matured enough to choose the course will the talent of the child be found within grade 5 till now students are struggling to find the talent inside them how can you make a child choose the course in grade 5 Nep wants board exams in grade 3 how can a child attend an board exam in grade 3 wouldn't that make more psychological pressure to the student will the student play in the park or prepare for the board exams. Ok even though Nep is implemented education comes with under state list wouldn't it create an big confusion between the states. How can this policy be implemented

Good to see positive comments on New Education Policy despite some concerns. Just because it is brought by BJP, some people r opposing it. Shashi Taroor from Congress too welcomed the move. Hope Kalam's dream will come true 💓
I don't belong to any party. I would say all party should stop advertising their party in each policy. Regarding this education policy it is good move indeed, are we addressing teachers and government schools enhancements. I strongly feel education and health care should be run by government if not fully at least 60-70 percent with all facility equal to private at subsidised cost. Else people will suffer whatever the policy be, private will turn it to their profit. I expect school fees rise once this policy Is implemented
@@baburaj-zv4cb Of course, Private Schools will b on looting spree as usual. Most of the private schools are run by politicians or their binamies. So they will not bring norms to control the fee structure..
I got jealous when i hearing this policy because still now i didn't get what is my passion and stuck in career growth. But, this policy definitely makes the students more intelligent.

Nice Video Anna..i am also thinking the same..having some disadvantages (many exams & 3rd language ) and many positives..but implications, we have to wait and see🤝👍
In my opinion 3rd language is not wrong at all. I'm a person who actually knows 4 languages. Learning languages from young ages has a lot of positive impact in the IQ and Emotional Quotient of a person. Moreover it also makes our communication skills more effective. We should not consider learning new languages as a stress to the children at all. And I personally feel that Hindi is a language we Tamilians must also learn as I have seen people struggling to communicate in the North due to their non Hindi background. We must also keep in mind that the English that we all learn is itself a foreign language but we oppose when we are told to learn Hindi, which is an Indian language. When Indian Govt says that Hindi is must learn language our politicians say that they are IMPOSING Hindi upon us but they seldom remember that English, which is a non Indian language, was itself FORCIBLY IMPOSED upon us Indians BY THE BRITISHERS.
Thank you for the brief explanation.. The policy is good but I don’t think we have qualified teachers to understand the new policy and shape the students.. As a standard,a tool like pick my career and feedback of teachers should be compared, based on this students should be able to understand or visualise their passion..
Bro India la naraya courses ku perusa scope illa bro. Government should need to change this. Coding from 6th!!! Best idea! Engineering students ae coding theriyama struggle panranga... Middle school la padichirndha kavalaye illa...90skids 2k kids paavam.
Coding ??? You make English optional in the primary class and coding from sixth ?you think everyone has the facilities for that???? Moreover this policy also talks about vocational courses ?? Which UC rich person will send their kid for these courses??? The people from the Dalit and backward communities only they will end up in these courses ,and what's the logic behind bringing in foreign universities ??the rich kids will go abroad and study ,but why you bringing it here 🤷♀️then again the policy talks about more "autonomy " for universities which is again a dangerous proposition for social justice ,again making English optional is a foolish idea ,then what's the relevance of sanskrit now? This policy will only benefit the upper castes elites and the private institutes and coaching institutes

I am a student of grade 11 and i would like to say that i disagree with your stance and i would like to state my opinions and reasons why i do not stand with the proposed education system by nep: 1. 2:00 i think 5th graders are far away from not knowing how to read or write or do simple calculations. And also i think interactive classes DO take place for students below grade 5, so i do not take this point as for something 'newly' implemented by nep. 2. 3:22 students in english medium schools can speak well in their own mother tongue and understand better as it is a language used often in their surroundings, i dont think it is necessary for it to be completely changed to it to understand better. 3. 3:40 "english to be taught as a language" - students have already adapted to their subjects being taught in school in english and if it is switched to regional language wont it be harder for them to adapt to this huge change?? 4. 3:56 comparing india to other countries like japan, south korea, china, etc, they only have english+ their one regional language. In india each state has many language speakers, so this point makes your statement irrelevant. 5. 5:26 i do not think drop percentage will be affected only by a few percentage (like u stated 1-2%) and plus isnt the 'internship' just changing the mindset of students themselves to be discouraged in certain ways? 6. 5:26 drop percentage also plays a huge role in thid point as board exams for grades 3,5 and 8 just puts a LOT of pressure on students at that young age? even 10th graders dont handle that kind of pressure and the new system wants to impose it on much younger students. 7. 6:01 entrepreneurship isnt just 'product based' services also plays a huge role in our country. hence our country cannot be just changed into product based. 8. 7:39 it doesnt necessarily have to be that science and math students are all high scorers. there are high scorers in commerce too and the courses are chosen by the student's only will/ interest at most cases. i think everyone has to stop having such stereotypes that commerce students are all 'low scorers'. * these are my opinions and criticism as a student, the ones who will be affected/ face huge changes from this proposed system. *
Bro, my biggest concern is about the teachers, The system they are bringing is absolutely fascinating but I can't trust the teachers here. Inga irukka majority of teachers ellarume mug adikkavum, salary vaangurathukum dhan irukanga, and that is the fair truth. (Not for the real dedicated teachers)
@@muthukumarankothandaraman2371 It's not antagonism......it is only going to happen in future. Like he said in the video implementation is very important to perfectly follow this system and that is never gonna happen until qualified and dedicated teachers are appointed in the field

I see. You may be well-versed in multiple languages now, good for you! How good are you at Math, Coding, Finance? How good are you at Physics and Chemistry? Was learning all those extra languages helped you succeed at global level or just national level or at least state level? Just because you went through difficult curriculum(meaning different languages), doesn't mean it is right or everybody has to go through it. So, please do not take things personally, see beyond personal gains and try to speak for people who are not even here to voice their concerns. (Ex: Government/Rural school students) PS: I studied at a Govt aided school and I understand the struggles, not everybody can afford extra tuition and at the same time not everyone can be abdul kalam(student from remote village) YET.
Dear Sir, I am glad that you have clearly mentioned the pros and cons of New education policy but it would be better if you publish the English version for this particular video so that this will reach to huge mass Thank you
Indian Nationalist don’t fall for “pudicha subject” no school and college in this world can offer “pudicha subject” for all. It’s all depending on marks. Do you think they give science and maths to ALL who wish even if they get 40, 50 percentage of marks ? Come to the reality. Don’t fall for the “pudicha subject” 😀😀. It’s a magical word. As I said, innum evvalvu new system vandhallum no system in the world can give “pudicha system” to ALL people. Again, it’s all marks + school capacity.

By chance one born in Ramand/ tiny village and another one in Chennai..it has nothing to do with human talents. I am from a village, studied in Govt school in 1978, now sending ..comments to you.. updating and up keeping is left to individuals ..and need based. This is a hunger driven, greedy driven society...people use education as a route to rich is unfortunate..look at the demand for medical seats.. that is the proof for my statement..- I appreciate your review. I also expect you to review the scholarship issues related to school education. You also please tell whether education is compulsory or not for a citizen.. that should be the first order policy decision.. -Professor. S.Padmanaban
I agree with you ... very Gud policy, but need all private education sector to change the mode of 1 roof under government sector... then all students get benefits & teaching ethics to be modified , need psychological support need for students...
How many knew that India never participated in PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment)? PISA is used to evaluate educational systems worldwide based on reading, science and mathematical skills. In 2018, India participated and bagged 72nd place out of 74 countries. Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Finland, China manages to stay in top 10. Waiting for India to get a decent rank in PISA.

I got depressed after hearing about this policy Coz I didn't get a good choice to my job This policy definitely improves students skills. This makes students to get they real talent. This policy is worked correctly, I definitely support this!
@ no bro They can't be stressed by this coz they can choose they career within 6 std so that they can be stressed in that age all students include our older one try to get innovation not memorize and write only theories. I agree that in that we don't give them exams in that age but they might change that policy in lower class exams But ignore that exams policy This assessment in between 5 to 6th it's just a great idea In that age only our brain going to be focused
There are 'NO' private schools in Finland. Significantly, students will have same teacher upto 6 years of their primary education. Idea is to build the rapport between student and teacher, so the basics are strong from grassroot level.
As a teacher, If this has to be a success then teachers have to be updated... Really well updated. I can really count them. As a parent, happy and at the same time got a little fear that this plan becomes a success . I believe now it's all in the teachers hand to be more responsible.
Good conclusion on entrance.but I differ with you on field level warriors teachers. The NEP 2020 is also discussed about importance of teacher education, teacher education system and requirements in this process as you said. pls go through the frame wok sheets of NEP2020 chapter 5, page 20
Now, All the kids are studying three languages from LKG in CBSE and International syllabus. Only government school students affected. Please give some space to them also.
@@muruganandamramasamy you just try to communicate with government schools students they are far better than cbsc students if they implement this our teachers should be well knowledged...
If this was implemented before it would be very helpful to students unfortunately I can't enjoy as I am in 9th class I like experimental learning with vacational...
Policy is good, but there should be strong execution plan like pay package, selection of teachers and strong appraisal system to achieve this...if there is no operational plan, then this will be only in paper...
the thing about teachers is true i still remember my librarian teaching much more than any other teachers we should educate the teachers and train them for the new ways then it might be effective and there also should be qualifying exam for teachers regularly twice a year and paid surplus pay so that they think of their pupils than other finacial problems

As per right to education act, they cannot fail anyone till 8th standard. The concept of board exams are not to assess the students, but based on students' mark they are going to assess the school's ability and performance to deliver the quality outputs in terms of teaching etc. Yes I agree that it is mental pressure for kids, but it will be all like annual exams.

Manoj's Shopping very true sir
yes, u r right... usually in a society, all the students arent naturally genius...

Clear explanation..well said, Sir. "Without qualified Teachers, Mission Impossible"...
Most of the teachers not a teacher. They are workers . They just do their job for money.( Not for all. Every school has few gems)
Qualified teachers are there but no mechanism to monitor them in real time. Government should form a sperate department to monitor the performance of every teacher and should give KRA for every month. Problem with our government is simply going behind 'Vote politics' that's why playing a safe game with government employees.
sagunthala devi every year even government school teacher are also have exam in new education system

Making all schools as govt School and equal infrastructure and equipment..

Good analysis by LMES, one of the best education channel in 🇮🇳 INDIA......
See ideawings for NEP it's too good.
International also 😁
Well said LMES.
@@AnandCd
Our society is really not that foolish.
@Sam Ram
Govt of India, no matter what era, has always tried to provide equality as much as possible, but still our people find some loopholes in their plans and thus nothing has ever gone exactly according to the Govt's plans.
The outcome might even be the exact opposite of what it promises.
i agree with your point 💯💯
Your 1st, 2nd and 3rd are contradicting on it's own when you say English is international language then why can't it be used to communicate with other states?😂😂😅
First they must bring an upgrade training & improving skills of teachers ( millions of teachers) to implement this policy. Without doing, 80% of teachers will not be able create strong fundamentals for students. This will create confusion and ineffectiveness in the education system. They have to improve the teachers standard before bringing this change

Furturw india had many school dropouts Nd low cost labour
I feel that before implementing new policy for student education, govt should implement new policy for teachers ( about qualification, updating their knowledge, exams for teachers)
Can't the post graduate teachers handle classes from 6 - 12? Why do you think about qualification, exam and updation??
and navodhya schools are should be allowed to bridge the gap between rural (state board) and city (CIBC) schools.

Good take LMES:
My biggest concern against this policy and hope they consider and change is:
1. 3 language = burden

👍💯
I strongly agree ur point
I strongly agree ur poimts

Yes, 3rd language is waste

I am a student of grade 11 and i would like to say that i disagree with your stance and i would like to state my opinions and reasons why i do not stand with the proposed education system by nep:
1. 2:00 i think 5th graders are far away from not knowing how to read or write or do simple calculations.

The concept of board exams are not to assess the students, but based on students' mark they are going to assess the school's ability and performance to deliver the quality outputs in terms of teaching etc. Yes I agree that it is mental pressure for kids, but it will be all like annual exams.
