Hi everyone, I've been completely blown over by the response I've had from this film! There have been so many kind comments that I've found it too overwhelming to reply to them all, especially after such a whirlwind couple of months. Things have been complicated, but the good news is that they've got to the bottom of things and I'm in a much better place now healthwise and mentally. Your support has been so much appreciated, it really has! I will try my very best to pay you all back with some nice films to watch. Once again many many many many thanks for the overwhelming amount of support. It's heartening to know there are so many nice people out there in the angling community! 🙂

Support which is thoroughly deserved Jon. Videos always well thought out and things explained in a measured easy to understand fashion. Don't underestimate the positive effect your work has on your viewing public either. When I'm feeling a bit crap...as happens from time to time, you manage to put a smile on my face. Nice people in front of the camera as well as ones in your audience are the best thing. Tight lines, and please keep up the good work, but not at the expense of your health.👍
Jon you are a genuinely approachable guy and when appropriate (I.e not in the middle of a match) you’ve always spared me a moment to chat and I’m glad my packet of Freddos perked you up on Evesham Sunday 😊 take care mate and look forward to seeing you again soon

We forget so easily that fishing and filming a match is a lot of extra work
on the bank as well as at home.
That is ok when you are 100% fit but a heavy task if you are not.

Great effort John and good luck in the final, it's awful to see you struggling with your health. My wife is a nurse and caught covid on the covid ward where she worked. She is only 40 and it's knocked her for six, after 2 years she is just getting back to something like normal, hope and pray you are the same 🙏🙏🙏🙏 legend that you are 👏👏👏

Hi Jon I have been exactly the same as you with Covid, it effected my speech it’s made me stutter my memory is terrible to the point I forget what I’m saying mid sentence. I also suffer with breath shortness had all the tests and basically was told only time will heal I’m 5 months into this. Have just returned to work on reduced hours so 🤞. Good luck and don’t over do it mate.
