as a British army brat in Germany. one of the schools I attended has large hill behind it. with a small castle on the top. and sometimes when we had what you would call gym class, the teacher would make us run up the hill tough the castle and run back. about an hour there and back. in sun rain and snow. the hike reminded me of that
