I could physically FEEL his pain. I get these types of cramps all the time and they hurt so fkn bad 😭😭 They last for such a long time too smh

I experienced it before and the pain is excruciating 🤣
i had one the other day where my toe was basically unmoveable, and when it would go away i would move my foot and it would come back 💀💀💀

It always happens to me when I’m sleeping and I wake up at 3AM with the most painful cramp in my leg that lasts 2 minutes 💀

Yep. I got my literal first ever cramp a while ago, Idk how I never had them before, but I woke up in the middle of the night to both my calves cramping. It was terrible and I will never underestimate the pain of cramps ever again
@@lizzy4013 omg I get those ones so often 😭 how you make them go away though is you just have to stand up and they go away really fast, it helps a lot
@@lizzy4013 It could have something to do with low magnesium levels, if you haven't had that checked yet. It's more common for people with low magnesium levels, to have calf(or other) cramps during the night. Usually taking magnesium around dinner time, or some time before you go to bed, would help ease/completely stop the cramps. It may be something different tho. I think not-stretching before/after working out(or spontaneous "exercise" of the muscle) would contribute to the cramps.
I'm not a doctor or anything, those are just some things I read/informed myself a bit about, hope this kinda helps tho🙌

@@nary._ well, it's not a muscle being overly stressed in that case. So not really a cramp, just a habit some people like to do. It can be a stim for people with autism or some type of coping mechanism for anxiety, more so seen in anxiety disorders, ad(-h)d, autism and many more neurological disorders. It can even just be a thing you do while bored tho. Sensory stims like certain noises you yourself induce or behaviors are also common for those disorders(as an example finger tapping, tounge clicking, mimicking sounds, biting nails, leg bouncing are some of those behaviors that may accore).
All of those things said above are things I read/informed myself about and some even from my personal experience. If you are suspecting you may have one or more of these disorders, inform yourself more about it and get it checked by a professional. Please don't instantly self-diagnose stuff like that. I always experience that when I was a kid most often in the middle of the night when I do sudden stretching or movement, it hurt so bad you can really feel your muscle moving. Strange and painful.

I get foot cramps all the time (I walk on my tip toes) so i am never used to the pain but I've also learned that if you push your foot back as far as you can it helps
I love how everyone can just feel the pain, especially me as well, I would get cramps on the back of my calves though and it would fckn hurt and ruin my entire day since I had them 1-2 times a day

as someone who doesn't go outside, this happens like everytime I walk outside so I think it's a response from walking/moving more than usual

excessive screaming, not moving properly like it's my foot chopped of instead of a discomfort-
These happen every 4 days per week for me, still hurts but the way I do it is that I take a risk of yelling my heart out and stand up and walk around even tho it hurts like shit and feels like I broken all my bones in that part and everything is miss placed
