- When I first became a real estate agent back in 2008 (at the very beginning of the housing crisis), it was an intensely manual job. Prospecting, outreach, proposals, reports, marketing strategy… it required HOURS of my time. And, as a salesperson, your time is your most valuable asset - it’s the ONLY limitation we have when it comes to how much we can sell.
So, I am SUPER excited to share a first look into our newest and BIGGEST project yet:
S.MPLE
A month ago, I unveiled S.MPLE to the world on stage at @inman. It was a wild experience. Not only was it nuts to do my first ever LIVE demo, but it was even crazier (and scarier!) to showcase something we’ve been working on for SO LONG. But we did it! 🤯
So, today, I want to show you how S.MPLE, our brand new agent-forward platform designed to support salespeople everywhere, actually works!
And if you want to find out what everyone’s talking about, check out simple.serhant.com 🔥

Ryan knockin on the door of his own business let me in🤣. That was funny🤣💙🔥.
He is the ryan reynolds of our universe.... oh wait there is a ryan reynolds .. you areeeee ryan serhant
Will have to check this app out. Looks very simple and time saving !
There is no app. It is vapor software. They are conning people.
We don't get to see a screen recording of the UI?
Because they are scammers on the Internet who have money because they made it in an industry outside of software. They want to exploit what it means to be an indie hacker because they aren’t invited into our community. They are just posers.
Great but where do I get it at? That would be nice to know.
It’s vapor software you can’t get it. They are scamming for views, likes, and notoriety they don’t deserve. They are taking a dump on my industry.
I’m ready to start and use this app!!
There is no app. They are marketing something that actually hasn’t been developed and likely never will be if it was even started. It’s a sham.
Hi - I'm a student interested in using this app for more than just selling real estate (a voice assistant task manager is super useful). Is there any chance I could download this on the app store or is this feature exclusive to the firm's agents? Thanks!
There isn’t an app. It is a sham.
PERFECT
Friendly advice to Ryan Serhant-Serhant:
1) 15 pieces of 'flair' on the wrists is the bare minimum. Do you really want to do just the bare minimum? I'd recommend, say, 37 pieces.
2) Maybe roll up the sleeves of the suit jacket a bit higher. Perhaps shoulder-high, Josh Altman style, just to show off the 'g*ns'.
3) Stop buying _all_ the hair gel on the planet.
4) Ban 'vocal fry' on all of your employees. The 'valley girl' intonation also.
Is this app only for people from Serhant? Or how can it be used? It’s not allowing me to access it
There is no app. It is a sham. They don’t know how to build software and likely paid some digital video artist on Upwork $500 for a snippet video of something that looks like an app. It’s smoke and mirrors. These guys don’t know what vite is or even know how to import a bcrypto module.
@@Boox.Expert how do you know?
so its a chatgpt wrapper....
Correct. It absolutely is. Except.. there is no app and they likely didn’t even get to the part of making a POST request to the ChatGPT service to create the JSON needed to auto populate real estate docs.

As a business owner and a software developer, this video is honestly an anti climax. You show hardly anything from the app and what you did show, was something I could code in a day. What's odd about thos video is, it doesn't sell at all! Where the value, where's the uniqueness?
It’s total vapor software. I am also a developer, and this guy shards on my skills and capabilities. He has no idea what a JSON is and is a total loser.
Amazon Prime? Support as a Service? It’s called PaaS or Platform as a Service and it has existed for years in software. What a joke these people are.
such a distracting amount of wrist accessories
