I remember going here about 20 years ago and I have been trying like crazy to remember what it was called ever since. I remember going to the used book store and place that sold movies.
I actually worked there many, many moons ago at the Gap , when it was called just the outlets … back in my teen years, joined the military shortly after and never looked back ….That being said this was the “mall” all the Canadians would ditch all their old items after buying new to avoid taxes at the border. This made our parking lot a hot mess & nothing like going on a break to look out at the garbage dump and take in all the smells🙄
The name was changed in 2006 to Fashion Outlets. I still call it the Factory Outlet Mall lol
