iPhone 14 Pro Max camera problems

Can someone tell me how this glitch is possible? This is the first iPhone 14 Pro Max we have received for repair. It looks like a broken glass wallpaper is on the screen each time you launch the camera.

It’s a dust or broken lens. How did you find a solution ?

It was for a client. Apple replaced it.
