Imagine, I was just a dreamer, the first in a hundred in the line with a 10,- euro ticket and wrote this in 2012. "Could FairPen (or you*) make this piece of art downloadable (high-resolution) with the right of making 1 personal copy, for the same low, accessible price, 10 euros giving the benefits to FairPen? I will stand in Line for this painting on May the 11th. Never the less there will be a lot of unlucky ones (this could be even me) that will never be able to acquire this piece of art. This would not only make a lot of Uganda kids happy, but also a lot of people that were touched by your art as well." *You is agnescecile and corrected a couple of spelling mistakes. If "you" watching this and you are just 1 in a 1000 and there are 5 million of you then why did none of you like the idea and did none contact me to make it happen? You may say I am a dreamer but am I the only one? ruclips.net/video/DVg2EJvvlF8/видео.html I finally was able to put the painting on the wall yesterday, it still makes me cry when I look into her eyes.
To clarify for this Idea to work out I would need: I first and foremost need the consent of the Artist. (I will not reproduce any pictures without it) I am not intending to sell the original picture. (unless it's in an auction for a good cause like FairPen) If there is no interest or support, aka likes, I will just focus my energy on other dreams.
This is what I call art. not for the aestetic, or bc "it's pretty". Art make you feel something, and I felt a lot while I was watching this video. I hope I could do the same. Respect. -From a Mexican Art Student.
yo también soy mexicano, cuando vi por primera vez este video tenía 13 años y hasta la fecha me hace sentir muchas cosas. Es una fuente de inspiración inmensa y hoy día estoy estudiando arte yo mismo. Saludos y hay que crear mucho
I saw this video the same year it came out, and I think its the one that first sparked the beginning of an art carrer for me (': I love agnes' work so much, its got a special way of motivating me
This is my favorite way of painting. The splatters really make it. I made one with splatters and showed it to my dad and he said I made it ugly with them which is funny because I thought it really made it. I love you work, so much better than mine btw

who the hell is voting this DOWN?? ...ahhhhh, its The Blind Institute!! well done finding the thumb icons, but its the one to the LEFT you need to click
This had many qualities I really love to see in a piece. They used the space very well, interesting to look at, good color, they eye easily follows around the picture, good use of empty space for an added effect. Also I had a feeling while watching them paint this and that alone makes it good too.
I suggest practicing watercolor with patience. It was the same for myself, until I practiced it every single day, more than digital. It's helped me grow my digital work even. Practice makes perfect, find your own style, and mistakes are normal.
+AbnormallyYours How long of practicing did it take you before you realized you weren't just making a blobby mess anymore? xD I just got my first watercolors today and I plan to practice everyday, or atleast more than I won't.
***** Watercolor is always going to be a blobby mess, you just got to turn it into something! I suggest trying to make something out of that mess, and through that learn how to control the amount of water vs color you use.
This is one of my favorite paintings! It looks so alive and the eyes... The eyes are just amazing! I would love to have this lovely piece of art in my room.
Holy shit ! Amazing artwork but bloody hell that crashing sound gave me such a scare almost a heart attack, here I am watching this at 12 am and I thought I was being broken into haha I'm 14 and I'm quickly sending my mum messages saying "omg ! Did you hear that!" AHHA and it's the music literally my heart jumped out of my chest.
like you are worth something. imagine feeling a sense of comfort in yourself like you have just sexed your future wife of your love and you are both pretty and financially secure. yep that X 10
how the originality do originality do this originality. I tried to originality a originality yesterday and I got so original I had to copy a RUclips comment from 4 and a half years ago
agnes honestly just creates the most beautiful art i've ever seen. it's eerily beautiful, how something most people view as "stupid" or "weird" can represent the beauty of the mind & all of its butterflies. this is so overwhelmingly amazing...i hope one day i'll save up enough money to hopefully get a commission. i'd love to see something like this in my room!
just amazing... the colours and contrast, combined with the stunning expression of the girl interpreted in the painting are so powerful! and looking into her eyes its almost as if you can see into her soul! AMAZING love it love it love it.
Art is so amazing, It can tell emotion an a story all in the same picture..I am amazed an impressed at how people can make such beautiful an amazing works of art.
There are so many instances during this painting that I would've given up b/c I'd assume that I mess it up. You are an amazing artist and I love your work. God bless you.
While it's being done I'm just thinking through out the video "Alright it can't get it any better" but with every little detail it just begins to look twice as good!
What awesome work.1 I love the way the runny paint shows up as tears! True combination of talent and gifting... I'm blown away. The time lapse makes it appear so easy...
I just love this - the skill level is incredible and the final product is stunning. I love doing time lapse paintings, as it is such a rewarding experience to see the work come to life! Thank you for sharing!
honestly sometimes, saying nothing is better than nothing. And this amazing piece is one of those things. I have no words... it literally took my breath away.
amazing how you added the emphasys on the eyes, mouth, nose, and hair. while giving simple strokes to the skin of the face, and at the same time giving it form and depth. is something i would normally see in The Miserables. not much of a water paint, most of my painting are acrylic. good job.
absolutley beautiful is all i can say. it took my breath away to see such beauty and pure soul put into a peice of artwork. you have such an amazing gift.

I thought I might cry from the beauty of it. Looking at the final product is amazing but watching or going through the process of it is deep.
I have never cried in reaction to art before, but this painting gave me chills and bought me to tears.
