Girl im so glad you mentioned the pap smear! I didnt have one until after my 2nd child at 25. Im 26 now and still having so many issues from precancerous cells my last resort will be a small surgery! I cant tell people enough GET YOUR PAPS!! And girl i love using that dove for my lady bits and the yoni gels! I usually use unscented baby wipes the aveeno girl yessss because they are super soft but im gonna try the honeypot!loved the video girl!!!😊
Omg that’s so crazy I hope everything goes smoothly that’s so crazy because if we were encouraged to get them early on you could’ve potentially stopped it!! I’m glad they caught it when they did tho, prayers!!! ❤️ But yes we have to get them asap I think most docs won’t recommend them until 20 or 21 I think, that’s how it was for me! I haven’t tried the Aveeno wipes yet I need to tho! I like the honey pot wipe for my back side because it has a light fragrance to it!

Its all pretty scary tbh but thats why i talk about it, because if i would have never got a pap things could be worse!!

Prayers love. I recently just did a pap and my result came back abnormal, so now I have to get a cervical biopsy done this Friday October 7th,. I’m extremely scared but I know it’s something I have to get done 💔. I honestly just hope everything clears up on its own
@@Tha_chocolate_don_tv praying your results come back in your favor boo! Ive had 3 biopsy so far. The first came nack as low grade cin 1, but my 2nd was inconclusive and might have higher grade and the 3rd one they seen very little cin2 but that can turn to cancer quickly for certian people. My dr will go ahead and do the cone procedure and remove part of my cervix which usually helps the body clear it up. My immune system isnt very good which is why it has tried to progress so quickly(withing a year and a half.) Most drs will say cervical cancer takes years to develope, THAT IS NOT AWLAYS TRUE. My dr has seen it develope within a year of abnormal pap smear. Just sttay on top of those and listen to god AND your body!! I knew something was wrong when i was bleeding for 30 days at a time. Prayers girl you got this!!!
I have never had to deal with any kind of odor down there and I firmly believe it has mostly to do with the way I clean myself. I think a lot of women just don’t know how to clean properly.
So this is what I do (and this was advised to me by a gyno when I was 16):
First of all, I NEVER douche. Worst thing you could do as it messes up the PH.
I also never use loofas. They hold SO much bacteria and they can’t get into the creases that vaginas have.
I use a clean wash cloth every time. I suds it up with some body wash, prop my leg up and then clean all around my vulva, the hood and in between the creases/folds. Rinse and repeat, then clean my rectum area.
Once I get out of the shower I pat myself dry and then I take the hair dryer and put it on the cool setting, prop my leg up and dry myself completely down there, rectum too. Staying dry keeps bacteria away which is what causes a lot of odor. I swear I feel SO clean all day and never have any kind of smell. I’ve even had guys be surprised I don’t have that typical 🐱 smell which apparently smells like fish or smells very lightly of it. Which isn’t normal! I hate that we’re even associated with that smell!
I’m telling you knowing how to clean down there is a game changer.
What wash do you use down there ?

How does the Pap smear feels? Does it really hurt?
In my opinion no not at all! Where I live they us a plastic ones I’m not sure if their using metal ones anymore which I think may hurt but I don’t feel pain just a little awkwardness 😂
