Entertaining 😅video I had my XL since father's day. As my first cook ,I just cooked my very first brisket on it yesterdsy . The brisket came out dry but tender. I don't know if the two words can be used in the same statement 😅. New subscriber.
@@antonesadventures8781 I actually use the Myron Mixon method. Smoked two hours, keeped in a aluminum pan wrapped with butcher and aluminum foil. Then bake until internal temperature 206°. I injected in the beginning for moisture.
