Ma'am....maine application ke loye aadhar card se register kiya...to otp ane ke baad main ne basic details fill karke submit kiya to otp nehi aya...aur application no. Bhi mail ya mobile. No. Mein nehi aya...1st page mein automatically chala gya.....registration hua ki nehi samajh mein nehi araha hai...plz ma'am help me..plzz
