If you can do it with a few people - even if it’s online with other brothers- that would be good for accountability and to make sure you move at a steady pace. I struggled with that when doing it alone.
Start with books like Al arabiyya bayna yadayk and an nahw Al wadih, and just diligently follow a curriculum, InShaAllah in due time you’ll be proficient in the language.
