I was making a Billie sweatshirt and couldn't find the cuffs that I KNEW I had cut out and sewn up. In the end I cut out 2 more. When I went to bed that night I found the cuffs, I'd popped them on my wrists so that I wouldn't loose them!!!!😅😊
I agree with others: green buttons. I can’t help with what content I like because I just enjoy watching you whatever you do; it feels like catching up with my sewing friend. See you later today at the virtual :-)
I may not have commented, but I enjoyed watching and listening to Simon sewing his first cloth tray. Your Sew to Grow sheath dress is fun with that great fabric. - Kelly
I think a zip in the back of the denim dress is a good idea. I also like the green buttons. You daisy dress looks really cute, love the pockets. Thanks for sharing.
Talking about missing pattern pieces made me smile. The other day I finished work a bit early and thought great I can get the Stella joggers cut out. I couldn't find the pattern anywhere, searched all through where I sew and nothing. Still not found them so have drawn out some more. I am sure the originals will turn up at some point.😂😂😂. Love your videos.
I absolutely love the jumper you’re wearing!!! 🍓 That’s too funny about your very naughty pattern piece! I’d say the air was blue when you found it 😂😂 The fabric for your Frankie is absolutely stunning! Mr Sparkles video was so brilliant!! Has he retuned to the sewing room??? Xxxx
I had a shirtdress in that exact fabric Sam, but, unfortunately I had to pass it on because the fit wasn't right, but it's a lovely print. I like the green buttons too! Have a good week.
I was hoping to go to the dressmakers ball but it's so expensive! £85 per ticket, train fare from Northumberland and back, a night in a hotel and sundry expenses comes not far off £200! Sadly, I couldn't justify it. I'll have to start saving for next year!
Wow your hair has really grown, even with the trim! It was only last week I commented that I thought you were wearing a skull cap (that turned out to be your sun glasses) so you’ve gone from The Pope to Kier Starmer in a week! I’m fully expecting Emma Thompson next week 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂. Joking aside I think it’s looking great, thick and healthy. Mine is falling out with hormonal issues etc so I’m very jealous even though it’s still looking thick I can’t definitely see the difference. So whilst you are transforming into Emma Thompson I am heading more ‘Pub Landlord 😳🤫🥸. I hope I gave you a laugh and didn’t traumatise you, I do have a wacky sense of humour and I love to share it about a bit 😅

Love your dress. The green buttons pop giant your gorgeous tropical print!

I appreciate that! 🤩
Really laughed when you apologised to your mannequin 😂
Always respect your mannequins 🤣

I love coconut buttons, but I think the green buttons compliments the fabric better
Soooo lovely to see you as always. Your Daisy dress is fabulous and I love the label. Good luck for your daughters move, have a wonderful weekend ❤
Thank you so much lovely one 🤩
I am favouring the green buttons, for a little extra pop.
Sam, your Frankie dress is lovely and that fabric is perfect. I understand about "losing" a pattern piece--so frustrating. Have a wonderful weekend.

I’m another member of the green button gang 😄 Your hair is looking so thick and glossy Sam, you’ll soon be bob-in’ along 🎶😄👍x
Definitely the green buttons! 💚
Lovely vlog. Have a good week. Green buttons I think. Thank you 🎉

It definitely can get expensive!
I see it as a special treat, I don’t go out that often.
