    I liked his explanation of mindfulness and consciousness :) I've been using mindfulness techniques from the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels and have benefited immensely from practicing them in the morning. Our minds can be easily hijacked by distractions and communal thoughts, and we actually believe "I" is the body...but the body is simply a vehicle (thought a very important one) that we are driving for the time being.
