Did you forget to topstitch the second side of the zipper before stitching the right sides together or is that part of the design?

I top-stitched both sides of the zipper; I must have forgotten to include it in the video. Thank you so much for the help.

Ok, maybe the camera angle just doesn't allow for the lighter coloured thread to be seen on the second side 🙂

Seam. It's less visible when the bag is completed.
