so long as we believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord, we will be saved and will enter heaven. (JOHN 3:16, JOHN 6:40, Romans 8:1, Romans 10:9-11)
We can be assured that we have salvation and it is a big reassurance
You'll only hear it if you believe that your works and turning from sin is getting you to heaven. Jesus is the only way we get to heaven. Nothing else. There's not a thing in this world we can do that will get us into heaven except believe in him and what he did.

As a Gen Z Christian this hits hard. Not only does it sadden me that many will perish because of the deception(s) and because of the evil that is so rampant in society but weve had the answer for 2000 years right in front of us and yet we continue with the same mistakes and the same sins. How could I judge previous generation's if it has only become easier to sin and harder to serve the will of our Father. Even now I recognize that Ive lived a worldly life rather than one in Christ so Im glad something like this showed up on my feed. It helps to remind and to provoke not just me but to those around, for our duty is not just to ourselves but to loved ones and strangers alike, to spread the Truth in the Gospels of Christ (He is the Only way to God). I first got the gospel from my mother from a toddlers bible when I was 4-5. Now I am baptized and I am truly, fit to say “I am a Christian.” The biggest gut punch had to be John 14:15.

However, you must be careful to not think your salvation is based on works- James 2:14-26, Ephesians 2:8, and many more. Your salvation Isa gift from God completed through Christ that we cannot do anything to deserve, even repenting. We are commanded to repent of our sins, so keep repenting and never stop, but don’t place your hope in your own deeds. Me too. Read the bible too, with a clear and open mind. Study it and once it makes sense, the holy spirit opens up in our hearts and it all makes sense. Things I struggle with are lust and forgiveness. For example it’s hard to forgive the lgbtq+ people with how they attack Christian’s. But the lord Jesus commands that we pray for them, forgive them and love them. Being a h Christian is Uber hard but the reward is worth it

I have said I did not believe in a god. I was taught that by my school, they have lied to me. I believe, as a gen z myself, that we should all look to god. God gave me happiness, god broke my porn addiction, god gave me hope. I just pray I will make it to heaven.

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. (John 3:16, John 6:40, Romans 8:1, Romans 10:9-11). Do you want me to simplify that for you? It means that your sins (all of it including the present and future sins) will be forgiven because you believed in Jesus Christ, who shed his blood on the Cross for our sins.
