Great reaction! Mirusia is so good. I still remember Mirusia singing with Amira and two other sopranos on Andre Rieu's stage at the end of the 2014 concert.
So much beauty in this performance, I love her voice and this piece. I'll listen to it several times, for sure. I'm going to see you right away with Amira 👋
Mirusia Louwerse went on worldtour with Andre Rieu for a long time but now she does her own shows. Mirusia also won a prestigious opera award. I added more performances of Mirusia to your request list as you have not seen the best yet.
This is from the "Peer Gynt" suite by Edvard Greig. She is singing in Norwegian. Mirusia is Australian; she won the "Joan Sutherland" award for operatic sopranos at age 19, in 2006. Amira visited Norway in 2003.
Mirusia was another star born by the enthusiasm of Andre Rieu. Amira, Emma, Mirusia, and others owe their careers to Andre. An interview tells her story with Andre and I recommend you watch it, Paul, for your own interest (Australian Adventure Part 6).
