But now I am older , It is amazing to see past generations and their work on the British landscape .. All the way from centuries old Castles to modern days homes . Keep showing it off Tricky lad .. i worked on a house in cheltenham as a labourer and i was asked to take an internal wall down. the stuff that was holding te bricks together....i say ''together'' was crumbling like sand but it was a victorian house. the whole building needing rebuilding ideally but it wasnt.

Definitely buddy. I've got 3 months left on it then I can buy myself a nice pickup. I can't justify paying out for two vehicles all at once. I used to be a site supervisor. So very rarely needed a truck. But covid changed all that 😆😆
The old school mud was lime based....it was the same down here in Oz so after time it all would just crumble. We see it from building that the convicts made here from 200 years ago. They just literally didn't have cement ! *mud = muck*

Trick you want see job we are doing previous builder built retaining wall . Any the hole back garden had land slide luckily the house didn’t go with it footings were exposed I mean a lot went trees everything

Old lime always does that internally. I gets no moisture indoors. Proper cement is much better
