Thanks for this very clear tutorial! Love micro current!! I have used both professional in my holistic skin care salons and I use at home devices to maintain my muscles and skin. At almost 55 I have no real wrinkles or collagen loss. It’s such an amazing technology and they work🙌🏻🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
Rachel and Jess , Hello ☀️ I have been doing professional and at home Micro current for over thirty years ( I have three holistic skin care salons) so my preference and response is based on that. I don’t love probes and gloves should really only be done by someone on you ( so your esthetician on you) it is all about the energy of the micro current technology. For at home I love my Nuface. I have done it every night for years and years. I do my evening regime and apply my actives and while we sit and watch television I do my micro current and I do my Gua sha and any facial yoga. I hope this answered your questions. They are worth buying and they really do work. We have 42 muscles in our face (43 with the neck) and just like the body you want to work them out. If you stop using them ( Botox) they will weaken and effect all the muscles of the face. Use it or lose it🙌🏻 I’m here if you have any further questions. 🍑Lisa Peaches Skin care
@@PeachesSkinCare I have the myolift at home. I am not an esthetician but I am very knowledgeable about skincare and do my own professional peels, etc. I do have the gloves and wondered why you said not to do that yourself? I had a professional microcurrent facial and it was $600 for ONE hour!! I was floored and upset so I purchased my own and followed how she did it on my face.
@@rachelsalapka2884 Hello, When you do micro-current on The face you are supposed to remain still and have no movement ( moving no Muscles at all) When you do it to yourself with the gloves you are not sending the energy just to the face but also to your arms and your hands and really everywhere regardless of wearing a rubber glove between your hand and the micro current glove. I know some esthetician’s say you can do it at home but they also recommend some pretty invasive procedures to do at home as well. This is how I was taught and trained. I also train other esthetician’s. That cost is ridiculous but in my holistic salons we don’t charge that. We recommend packages or we charge a small amount to be added to your facial. So look for a master esthetician that does the same. You also want to be sure to exfoliate any callous layer prior to micro current and you want to massage and get blood flowing to the muscles afterward to create collagen and muscle memory. I hope this helps. Remember I have been a holistic master esthetician for over thirty years and I have seen hundreds of thousands of clients so I speak from experience. HI I am a new subscriber and my first thought was WTF there is no way she is over 40. You look 25. I'll have what you are having!! I think I need a myolift, great video content. XO
Thank you for all your advice on the myolift. I got it because of your tutorials. I just saw myolift has alligator clips that that hook up directly to sheet mask for microcurrent to push the products into your face. Have you used them? What are your thoughts?
I really like your technique for the eyebrow/educate, where you pinch them AND lift. I think this is the first tutorial where I've seen that done. Great tutorial.
Thanks for showing how to. I am a bit confused as not supposed to work certain muscles only on erase, but then the educate mode moves are covering them when using educate. I think depressor and masseter particularly, unless is probe position and direction of movement. Thanks ever so I am not sure I would have worked it out
i love this video! makes it so much easier and addresses everything! how often do you need to do when starting out? daily for 30 days and then just once weekly? how do you advise? thanks!
In the instructions it says you prep the skin with the 7E REplenish Spritzer but it didnt come with that. Do I really need this or can I just use the gel? I just got it and want to try it out!
I am new to your channel and have been eyeballing microcurrent for a while. I also follow Penn Smith. I was looking at this for a while but I saw new Bear and Bear Mini. Can you do a video comparing micro current devices and which one to buy for different reasons/people? I don’t want to get something and wish I had got something different.
I used mine every other day for about 60 days, then dropped down to once a week for maintenance. Everyone will be different based on skin needs and goals, but you need to use it more frequently when you first start to "train" your face and neck muscles and then you can use it less frequently once you start seeing the results you want.
Correct. At 2:12 when my probes touch in this video, I added a text overlay on the screen stating to not touch probes together to break the current. Maybe you missed it for some reason? I went back to my earlier videos where I touched them and added a note in the description stating to not touch them since I couldn't go back to add a text overlay to the screen since the videos were already live.
No. But I did get some from my Clarisonic, I think the brush was just too hard. I wasn't the only one when I looked into it.. I have the delicate brush head but I'm still reluctant to use it more than once a while (prefer the foreo) . I've not had anything like that from microcurrent though x
I don't have a Clareblend Mini either but I would say not because with the Clareblend Mini, like the Nuface and the Ziip, you have two metal probes where the current is traveling through on each device, whereas with the Myolift Mini, the current is being held between the two hand held probes, so if you used two Clareblend Minis the current would not be traveling between the devices (i.e. the movements your two hands would be making), but between the metal prongs/probes, does that make sense? :) Sorry, probably would be easier to show than type...
PS> Forgot to add that there is no 'erase' setting on the Clareblend Mini, as opposed to the Myolift, so you would not be relaxing the muscles in the movements Trina does in the erase modes.

Hi, I was just wondering why is it when you ultimately finished with your under-eye area, you made the movement with the probe going in the direction toward the nose as opposed to going the opposite direction towards the end of the eye. Wouldn't you want to educate that particular area in delicate outward motion for a firmer almost cat-like eye?

Hi Trina - I’m trying to place an order for the Myolift starter kit but it’s sold out. Any idea when it’ll be restocked?
Quick question, I have extremely acne prone skin. Will the gel break me out? Or is there a noncomdogenic option?
7E Wellness makes a gel for acne prone skin. It's green/yellow
?? What if do have Botox in forehead- will microcurrent help? Or is it not to be done? Please advice
you need to wait a few weeks. i have a video about this on my channel if you want to watch it
Wow you are gorgeous without makeup !!
have you tried the new Myolift QT?
I have the nuface gel can I use that for the MyoLift probes. Is that the same as the conductive gel from MyoLift.
Well it’s not the same but you can use it.
Please is this a kind of radio frequency ? I hope you can answer me today because I will buy one at the Black Friday
No. Micocurrent is not radio frequency.

Does it cost facial fat loss?
no it does not cause facial fat loss. I do not use device on my face/neck that cause facial fat loss.
Thank you!

Can reg ultrasonic gel be used?
I wouldn't use it becuase it's not skincare and I don't want to "push" any questionable/toxic ingredients into my skin for 30+ minutes
How many times per week should I do this routine ?
