Two trains in SAME DIRECTION on Bairagarh Bhopal route: Bandra Gorakhpur and Indore Kochuveli

The Bairagarh/Sant Hirdaram nagar - Bhopal route is a twin single line section. My train Indore Kochuveli arrived Bairagarh 30 minutes before time and waited there for quite some time. Bandra Gorakhpur was already there on the platform loop line.
Then my train got the signal and went ahead first, one thing was surprising that it glided onto the conventionally unusual track, the one which is mostly used by trains going from Bhopal to Bairagarh and further towards Ujjain/Maksi.
When we reached near Nishatpura outer, a signal was given on the adjacent line going towards Bina, the BDTS GKP express arrived just back of us and continued to navigate the Bhopal bypass line to move on towards Bina.
