In middle eastern Oud there is a good amount of double stop drones ;) also call solos “taqkseem” which means “split or break” haha fun fact love the vids Andy
The double stop drone might be the first version of harmony ever produced by humans. You can find it all over ancient Indian music (the tambura providing the drone for the soloist to 'harmonize' over) and in ancient sacred Western music, like chant music from the 1100s from Hildegard von Bingen. There's a reason it sounds so good, it's in our DNA! :)
Andy is phenomenal. There are lots of great RUclips channels from which to learn. None are better than Andy’s.

My friend, this may be a simple concept but it was something I was a little intimidated by and you made it so clear. Youre the man! Thank you
Thanks Andy - you make it look so effortless and sound so good!
I fully embrace your Behr Paint’s Mid Century Modern tone palette choices.
When I talked to you at the paint desk at Home Depot, I knew you knew your stuff. 😂

Another great video, thanks for posting. You have one of the more relaxed styles of playing I've seen /heard...

That sounds right
This is an easy to follow roadmap to get rolling on breaks. Looks, sounds, and smells a lot like acorns. ;).
