A 15 is better in my opinion. First of all it has an audio jack which the a16 lacks plus the difference in chipset performance isnt that much

A16 has faster processor, has stronger build quality and better quality because its more natural, A15 over time gets slower,even my sisters ipad mini 1 can beat my a15 thats 8gb and 256gb :P
