Hello Sir I have AKARI AK-5806W Mode mosquito bat, I checked it in inner side of black and red wire. There is no voltage. But the battery volt is above 3 volt. So, please help me to how to check.

I noticed that you placed the tester across the surface. you have not explained in detail about it for laymen. kindly explain. I think two ends should be touched together. what are the ends. that you have not explained. that is why this question has arisen. same doubt for many who have no knowledge about electricity and meaning of shorting

Short of capacitors are for safety person to avoid shock.so before on direct contact with capacitor terminals,much to shock two end of capacitors terminal.This is because to bring storage voltage in capacitors to zero.On bat there was 2000v storage capacitor, without knowledge on direct contact the person feel heavy shock

Why u changed transistor.... R u confirmed that transistor is fault.... To check capacitor kept reading at 22 Nano frarat above in multimeter then check the value. Before checking short two line of capacitor with any metal b/c it's 2000v shock or damage the multimeter

For me whenever I put for charging, it is glowing and charging. But after I take out from charging it is not in charged mode for long time. How to repair this

If the battery is 1.5 to 2 year old, recommend to replace it.
Before that check following:
1. Clean the wire mesh with tooth brush and soap liquid in running water. Than charge for 3 hours and see the performance.
