Thank you buddy for this video, I have a tower coming later today to point the front of my house and hopefully get on the roof to sort out some pigeons under my solar panels. I have never used one of these before so this video really helped structure what I need to do. Fab!
Nice one definitely some good tips there!👍 For the platform I have tied a straps on both sides and pulled up over the tower to get up and tie so it's taking the weight then use the strap on the other side to lift. Not perfect but takes some of weight out of lifting the platform! 😃
Hi Kieran. Can you put the platform on the very top section of the tower? Would this be a risky thing to do? If I need to reach my roof which is about 5m in height, what type of tower should I go for? 6m, 7m?
Thanks for this video. I've been up on one recently and it moves more than yours. Going to reposition the diagonals and crossmembers like yours are as looks super rigid!
If someone had filmed me putting mine up it would have replaced the Two Ronnies "Four Candles" sketch as the best British comedy..... I near had a hernia, then spent the next three days saying Hail Mary's every time I went up the bl**dy thing (and I'm not even Catholic). Nice one Kieren - you've just made me feel even more inadequate - although in my defence, I am 68 !!!
hello mate where you from I'm from Surrey dowe in wallington going be good video are you looking for anyone like labourer I'm got my certificate in bricklaying love Learn it more you done good by your self if I was there would help you 😊👍
always put horizontals( reds)on the upright then you can set it up without worrying that it will fall over ..why do you not use the ladder provided.this is all wrong.how you haven't hurt yourself . you should take this down.this is how not to set up a tower.
A little tip for you when setting up a tower put your first horizontal on the uprights of the frame then they don't fall over give it a try
For some reason I did know this tip but didn’t do it? Stupid moment🥴😂
Happened to me til I was like wait
Great tip which we knew. Thanks.
@@ConstructionwithKieren maybe you should re do the video? And maybe not talk too much. It's too long
Love the song thrush singing in the background.

Kieran, I just watched this today as my local hire shop delivered a tower for me to use, thanks for making this! Appreciate it! Ian
Glad I could help mate, all the best!
Great Vid…. But potentially dangerous working on your own?

This is not how you set up an access tower...
great video
Glad you enjoyed it!
how do you measure a tower if you want to buy more bits to it ?
Great work, sir.
You need outriggers on as well
Thanks Kier

Good job. Maybe you can had a idea of our automatic ladder machines.
Put the first bar on the side less movement then 👍
Kieran is there anychance I can use this video please, purely for training purposes.
Yes of course!
On how to not set up an access tower?
As ghetto as this was, it was actually very helpful.
Don’t forget to mention the SAFETY CLIP PINS when connecting !
Looks about as unsafe as not using scaffolding.. lol
Health & Safety? 😂

You are doing a few things wrong. There are better ways to do it.
Think you need proper pasma training
Phsssss
Two red from ladder side lift frame side onto the red from other side .It will never fall over .
Nice one we are about to put one up after our brew 👌🏼🧱👍🏽
