Hyperbloom Tartaglia Shouldn't Be This STRONG | Genshin Impact

- Tartaglia (Childe) for the last year has been my favourite character in Genshin Impact. No other character even comes close, and part of the reason for that is the fact that the character is just so insanely strong to have on any team you can surmise.
Easily my favourite team in the game is a Hyperbloom team. More specifically, it is this particular team!
As we all know, Hyperbloom reactions are some of the strongest reactions in the game and with this team, it easily demonstrates why this particular reaction is so good.
A great aspect about this team is that pretty much every 5-star in it can be replaced with a 4-star counterpart; to make it a little more user-friendly for those players that don't have all of the 5-stars available.
Hyperbloom Tartaglia is currently my strongest team in the game, and in all hoensty, I don't see that changing anytime soon - so make sure you give the team a chance for yourself. With those damage numbers, you won't regret it!

Did anyone pull for Tartaglia this time around? He can take a bit of getting used to, but is easily one of the most enjoyable characters in the game - at least in my opinion. 🌊
I got it in just 2 10pulls
I already have him C1 with polar start top 5% ❤ he makes me proud.
did pull for him for the first time, i'm a Kazuha main that loves also loves hydro and seen Childe as a great pick for my account. I did think he was not particularly flexible, but as Nahida rolls around i will test out the childe hyperbloom team and not just stick to my Childe national/Childe furina teams
Nope, I am new player but I love him💙
I am just glad I found an childe team video that it's not international
Intergrassional is really fun and flexible! I have been using that team in the overworld for a lot of time while I was exploring sumeru and it's a blast
I'll have to look into it. Any excuse to try out a new Tartag team, and I'm in! 💯
You explain everything so clearly thankyou! I just got Tartaglia and this helps! I have Alhaitham so my dendro alternative would be him and my Sucrose is well built and ofc Kuki so I'm gonna try this team
Thank you for the kind words. That sounds like a bunch of fun! I hope you enjoy the team/your own variation on the team. Any team that has Tartaglia included is a great time. 💯
1:57 actually it doesnt boost his elemental skill damage cuz his skill is considered normal attack damage
Tartaglia is my first five-star DPS and I'm still using it. It's fun. I'm thinking of using Venti and Nahida. I feel like Venti's tornado will drown enemies in seeds.
Wow, nice video 🤩 think i might finally take my childe off the bench and start to build him! The main issue yeah i never used him was because of ripe tide's long cooldown but from your show case it seems that after everyone eleses rotation its only a few second wait 😲👏
Thanks! 😅 Once you get used to the cooldown on his Riptide, he becomes so much more fun to play and with this team being so rotation heavy, he doesn't have to stay in his Riptide-form for that long; while still dishing out a bunch of damage!
I actually pulled Raiden last time because I couldn’t for the love of me nab Kuki. 😂
The caveat is that I don’t use Kazuha, and utilize Layla for a weird Hyperbloom/Freeze comp. I got both Kazuha and Kuki now, I think I’ll give this a go eventually!
Hey man nice one how about xingqiu in place of kazuha it can help against tanky bosses when tarta is off cool-down the other 3 can hyper-bloom till tarta E comes back
There's definitely no reason it can't work, so thanks for the suggestion. I enjoy the pull that comes from Kazuha's elemental skill, as it makes Tartaglia's Riptide a lot more effective when everyone's all grouped together. Although, on bosses, this is a lot less useful.
I'm just curious about 1 thing, why Kazuha is that good on this team? just vv apply for childe and grouping? don't think he'll swirl a trigger element on his ult to pop cores like in intergrassional. I don't ever think Kazuha would be bad, but having more dendro aplication and ressonance with Yaoyao do more and free Kazuha for the second abyss side? Thanks for the comp showcase
I feel like when ive started playing in 3.8 second half it was the worst time possible. Klee and eula banners (so no wishing) and i just missed out on kazuha who is in like 110% of teams and wont rerun for quite a while again
Kazuha is an incredibly versatile Anemo unit, that is true. But, he can just as easily be subbed out for Sucrose, which is always a nice F2P alternative. On the upside, Kazuha is so popular and strong, it shouldn't be that long before another re-run for him comes out hopefully.
@@JamessTown yes id love to have a sucrose, but getting a specific non rate up 4* is almost impossible. I maxed out the trees and ascended everyone just for the standard banner pulls and spent a decent amount of primos on that just to get her and xingqiu but the gacha is just brutal for new players
ive had childe since his first banner and mained him until scara banner came along but this team seems fun. dont have kazuha, maybe will switch for venti lmao idk. dont have nahida probably can switch for dendro mc or yaoyao. and kuki for... fischl? i do have beidou but her er requirements r so high...
the more i type the more i realise maybe this team isnt the most suitable for me xD. maybe ill come back and try this team out when i at least have kuki hahaha. great vid!
Thankfully, they all have really easy replacements you can use. Kazuha isn’t even needed, I just like the additional swirl and grouping he provides. Having a second dendro character is just as good. Dendro MC or YaoYao both work great as an alternative to Nahida. While I personally really enjoy Kiki Shinobu for the team, Fischl does a pretty good job at enabling the hyperbloom. I’ve seen other people recommend her, and I can see why. My ideal version of the team is rather expensive, but the more budget version of it is just as good!
Thanks for the kind words!
@@JamessTown thanks for the advice!! i may just skip over the anemo unit then, depending on how i play around with the team. will defo try this out tho, ty!!
The original characters for this team would definitely give a better experience compared to the other options available, but it will still work regardless.
Fischl is an OK substitute for Kuki this team; she easily fills the role of an off-field electro applicator while providing strong single-target damage. However, without an anemo unit to consistently swirl the electro from Fischl, you will lose out on a lot of Hyperblooms because Fischl can't reliaby target the dendro cores, as she will usually focus on targeting nearby enemies. With that in mind, it's important to note that _Fischl does not fill the role of the Hyperbloom trigger in this team,_ so she should use ATK/DMG/CRIT for her artifacts instead of triple EM, even though it increases Hyperbloom damage.
Venti works well in this team as the anemo unit! The only problem with Venti is that his burst will sometimes pull small enemies too far upwards, making it difficult for Tartaglia to attack them. As a result, you may apply less hydro than usual if Venti's burst doesn't infuse with hydro. You can consider using Sucrose or other units with regular off-field anemo application instead if it really bothers you.
@@greg-rk3ux thank you so much for the in depth analysis!
Looks like a fun team
U should level up ur kuki to level 90 . Her hyperbloom dmg will increase by 10k . U be doing 28k to 30k hyperbloom.
I really need to. She’s such a strong addition that I don’t really have an excuse to be leaving her at level 80 any longer.
I don't have shinobu and tartaglia but I have ayato Shogun and Baizhu ..it doesn't work that well as baizhus application fell short . I hope I get a a kuki
use dendro traveler along with baizu
Your team stats are almost the same as mine but mine is i think better except for kuki and maybe kazuha
I have a R2 rust and a R1 black cliff war bow which 1 is better for Childe?
I'd say it really depends on how consistently you crit with him. If you've already got a lot of crit rate on him, then Blackcliff would be the way to go, as the Atk% bonus, along with the increase to crit damage would be really good for him. But in terms of consistency, the Rust is a lot more consistent, as it's passive doesn't rely on having to defeat any opponents to get the bonus attack damage. Either way, their power-levels are pretty similar to each other, so if you've got a high amount of crit rate (60%-70%), then Blackcliff could be more beneficial. If crit rate isn't that high, then just go for the Rust. Rust is considered his best 4-star weapon anyway in most cases, so you definitely can't go wrong with it.
@@JamessTown oki, thank you I just got him recently and I wasn't sure on which weapon to use on him. I bought the warbow a day after getting him😅.
The Warbow is still a really good 4-star weapon, so at least it wasn’t a waste at all. 😁
why do people pefer kuki over fischl? is fischl bad in childe hyperbloom?
Not at all. People definitely use Fischl in Hyperbloom. It was suggested to me in the comments the first time around, and people seem to swear by her in Hyperbloom. Personally, I prefer Kuki as she's provides both the EM and the healing (when necessary), and having her elemental skill proc so consistently, Kuki is my go-to choice for when it comes to Hyperbloom. But Fischl is definitely a great alternative from what I've heard from others.
Fischl doesn’t heal like Kuki and Oz doesn’t hit all of the seeds so it’s a DPS loss compared to Kuki who always hits all the seeds
What makes childe good:
1) High amount of frontloaded dmg with burst(if you buff him and vape the burst)
2)fast hydro application but it has less than 50% uptime.(good for other character with short dmg window but high dmg)
3) decent aoe(the area of effect)with high aoe dmg(riptides)
Now those are exactly opposite of what you need for hyperbloom.
doesn't the fast application and AOE help the comp? using 2 dendros to keep up with his aplication can work quite well no?
@@lucasdiassilveira9762 sure I didn't mean it's unusable or it's not good, it's just not efficient. But it's a fun team, specially in AOE.
Have you tried replacing kuki with raiden and kazuha with yaoyao? Raiden would provide more dmg than kuki and you'd still have healing from yaoyao
You're wrong about Fischl.
C6 Fischl is a game changer.
I just replaced Keqing on my team with Fischl and she procs hyperbloom consistently.
Childe's in my team as well and these 3 synergizes pretty well (Nahida + Childe + Fischl).
I will replace Childe in late game with my Neuvilette but for now this team is carrying me through the game.
I also have trash artifacts but that doesn't mean i stop hunting for better replacements.
ps: i know it's your channel and you're free to play however you want but not achieving 1000EM on Kazuha is a blasphemy imo.
so does it work without c6 fischl? because i already built fischl and my kuki is lev 20
