Sir, I'm watching this lecture from Pakistan. I just want to say your way of explaining such complex topics is brilliant. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work 👍
At 10.33 there is not any replusion force becoz they are opposite charges .+/-that they attract .not repel. So there is a collison force. .that make the el- to break their covalent bond and by high force or high velocity is generate ..that make the el to jump the depletion layer ..and make the circuit work..
Thankyou sir aapne in topic ko bahut ache se aur kam time main explain kar diya actually class main proffessor utne ache se aur interesting way main nhi padhate toh hum waise seekh nhi paate topic lekin in video se topic ache se samajh main aa jata h aur paper time main bahut useful rehta h
at 10:05 , i couldn't understand that how the positive charge is repulsiving with the negative charge electrons , electron should be attracted to it .......

P side ko negative terminal sa connect karan to us ma minority charge carrier electron hon us per repulsive force laga ge or wo n type ma enter hon ga is tarha current produce ho ga
@@gautamvarde to sir aapne avalanche effect padhate waqt aisa bola hai ki positive charge electrons par repulsive force lagayega ? Kaise ? Mujhe samjh nai aaya ?
Sir avlanche breakdown me minority carrier of n (holes ) per repulsive force lagega na electron ko to always attractive force hi lagenge + terminal se to holes jakar bond ko todhega ...plz sir clear my doubt
Sir Zener diode me impurity jada hota hai to depletion region chhota hota hai aur... current flow hota hai , ye samajh aa gaya . To sir usme jo revers bias me battery connect kiye hain uska use kya hai ?? samajh ni aaya mujhe
Sir Avalanch breakdown me jab maximum deplition layer pe hai toh kaise ik bhi electron junction cross karega aur sir jab N type me dher sare electron hai toh wo postive terminal se attract honge na sir toh wo kase electron ko push karega junction ke us par jane ke liye😢
sir avlanch efct min positive terminal n type material per repulsive force ki jgah atteractive force nahi lgaye ga?? aur electron itni strong attractive force k baad b kasy depletion region cross kary ga samjh nahi ai ye baat
Sir your teaching way is very effective thank you for your efforts. I have a question, it is understood that the increased voltage is getting dropped but how the zener diode play function to reduce voltage??
You feel Droping resistor as a voltage regulator 😂. Actually zener diode has special property that, if current increase on it, it's resistance decrease and if current decrease, resistance will increses but product of current and resistance will always be same. Only droping resistor can not play the main role.
Sir, In the avalanche effect why would positive give the repulsive force to the electors and then that elector has to cross such a high potential differnece, but anyway that's beside s the point cna't the same effect be explained by saying that the depliation layter become so large that the current starts flowing in the reverse direction insead of electors having to cross this huge potential difference can't we conclude that electors starts going towards the negative terminal. I request you to kindly clearify this.
The depletion layer is so big that the electron are conjusted into corners very close to each other. The repulsion between these electron pairs causes the electron to jump the barrier and go to the p side. There is combines with hole and stays neutral. Under high strong electric field however, these electron hole pair get enough energy to impact another hole pair from their atoms and collide with other setting of a cascade rxn leading to rapid increase in current
Sir I didn't understand here 16:50 even if we connect a normal resistor rather than zener diode the potential difference will be same so why zener diode ?
You have a special gift for making learning fun and engaging. Thank you gautam varde sir for all that you do.

10:40 .. how would the positive charge give repulsive force to electron ? +ve and -ve to attract krte h na ? ..
Just understand it like a gas when you pressurize it too much it explode with the vessel
achaa u mean ki agr pressurize hoga to attractive force nii reh jaegi unke beech me or e- ki energy bhi jada rhegi wha?

Appericiation from पुणे 🎉
You should avoid giving AC supply to zener diode. You should give variable DC supppy to zener diode.
