    At 10.33 there is not any replusion force becoz they are opposite charges .+/-that they attract .not repel.
    So there is a collison force. .that make the el- to break their covalent bond and by high force or high velocity is generate ..that make the el to jump the depletion layer ..and make the circuit work..

    • @angashniroula5342
      @angashniroula5342 3 месяца назад

      You feel Droping resistor as a voltage regulator 😂.
      Actually zener diode has special property that, if current increase on it, it's resistance decrease and if current decrease, resistance will increses but product of current and resistance will always be same. Only droping resistor can not play the main role.

    Sir, In the avalanche effect why would positive give the repulsive force to the electors and then that elector has to cross such a high potential differnece, but anyway that's beside s the point cna't the same effect be explained by saying that the depliation layter become so large that the current starts flowing in the reverse direction insead of electors having to cross this huge potential difference can't we conclude that electors starts going towards the negative terminal. I request you to kindly clearify this.

    • @anshuiyakarki261
      @anshuiyakarki261 Год назад +3

      The depletion layer is so big that the electron are conjusted into corners very close to each other. The repulsion between these electron pairs causes the electron to jump the barrier and go to the p side. There is combines with hole and stays neutral. Under high strong electric field however, these electron hole pair get enough energy to impact another hole pair from their atoms and collide with other setting of a cascade rxn leading to rapid increase in current
