Hooray for Hollywood Vlog at Movie World! In this video we check out the event, shows, characters, ride and more - including a revisit to Wizard of Oz land! Thanks for watching
Fun Fact: Vinesauce Joel's first roller coaster was DC Rivals at Movie World, specifically the backwards seat. Joel is from Sweden and was visiting Australlia with his friend before visiting Japan. Joel was 26 at the time. The bunny hops toward the end of the coaster freaked him out the most. 😄 🎢 🇦🇺
The new flower (OZ) peeling off, wonder woman float also peeling off, no float for Superman... The under-themed new area, the terrible logistic around the new rides, the asylum at the back... Unused areas like Doomsday and former Batman exhibition area, multiple rides down... Same locations and items for the photo ops... Seriously, I think they need a new management it is sad, I love that park sooo much! 😢
It’s a fairly small park most likely with a very small budget to maintain and repair and it shows, there are dead areas throughout the park rides constantly breaking down and lack of upkeep. This is the busy high volume part of the year so l hate to think what it’s going to be like once the holidays are over.
They were bought up by an investment firm a few years ago, and it really shows; the amount of penny pinching they do now compared to before the buyout is night and day. I don't think we would have seen stuff like DC Rivals under the current ownership
I'm really looking forward to WB Movie World in April, unfortunately I won't get to see Hooray For Hollywood, but I might get to see the DC Super Heroes and Super Villains Event when I'm there instead. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
That's a shame, but at least you may get to see the better of the two events (in my opinion). I hope this video helped to fill in the void. Have a great visit when you go!
The arkham bit made me laugh. All they had to do was install a gate. The show is in a really awkward spot. How are people meant to enter the rides when the shows blocking the entrance? They must had run into budget cuts
VRTP just love making events worse by the year for some reason. Also that Arkham asylum bit is so pathetic all that had to do is add a gate l. And using the entrance to the rides as a stage someone needs to get fired.
Honestly, I think it’s great that the Gold Coast is home to so many incredible theme parks. The new Wizard of Oz precinct at Movie World might not be everyone’s taste, but at least we have attractions like this right in our backyard. Not a fan? Then try another theme park. Plenty of places in Australia would love to have even one major theme park, let alone several. Let’s appreciate what we’ve got! This is a great time to be a gold coaster.
@@MjR-e8o As someone who recently spent 10 years living in an area with zero Theme Park or Rides, I'm very appreciative of what's on the Gold Coast. But that doesn't mean the parks should be immune to reasonable criticism; that's a very unhealthy way of thinking and hurtful in the long run.

There's a few typing errors I somehow missed, like at 5:12 "Be sure to checking"?! Not sure what went through my head there... apologies! 😅
Groovy Baby ♂️♂️ 🕺 Yeah Baby Yeah

Haha, wow, what a Roller Coaster to have your first ride on!
Great job by the actors 👏
Does it look like FotWW could run two trains or is the course too short?

HOLLYWOOD!
So let me get this straight, the character Foghorn Leghorn is considered a rare character over there?

They sure removed it fast!

Yeah, a lot of the land is still a bit fiddly sadly
& Think To Myself There Is Like Olympic Games Paris 2024 There Is No Place Like Olympic Games Paris 2024
That has to be the worst Austin Powers I have ever seen. It's a shame Movie World runs at such a low budget
Disagree, he wasn't that bad!
@ThemeParkOgre He looked extremely bad in this video and that dancing was hilarious
@@chucky110 you know what he is meant to look like right ??? He looks very similar

It's a shame, hopefully they get their act together. My expectations for Carnivale soon at Sea World are VERY low...
