Already installed but I can't use the print. it says "install the driver"
I can only use scan and copy.
Try to uninstall the driver and restart your pc, after restarting your pc try it to install again make sure to follow the video step by step. Thank you :)

Try to update your Operating system and run the driver again
Pwede po ba na seperate i-download ung iprint/scan nya? Since sobrang hina po ng internet dito sa probinsya 😢 ilang oras na po kami naghihintay na ma-download at mainstall pero palagi kami naba-back to zero gawa ng hindi ma-download ung driver at software 🥺

Check nyo po Yung papel sa paper tray maam baka hindi lang maayos ang pagkalagay e align nyo rin sa inyong papel yung adjustment sa likod
Bakit kaya po ganun nagpprint ako ay walang nalabas . Walng ink ung papel 😔😔😔
