Correction: At the end, I made the mistake of reading the wrong passage! We didn't run out of time as I resigned so it wouldn't be past midnight. Everything else is the same though. Much better time doing this scenario with custom decks than the started decks my girlfriend and I used! Fingers crossed the 3rd scenario goes well for us too 🤞
The circle icon on cards like Cover Up and Roland Banks's Ability means it's optional. You can choose to ignore Cover Up and take the trauma, though I wouldn't advise it. Also, other players can get the clues off cover up to help, so you can leave a clue on 1 shroud location and then get use it later or such. In addition, when you complete Cover Up it just sits there and doesn't discard - this only matters if you cycle your deck though. "Limit once per game" is per investigator. "Group limit once per game" is for all players, such as on Northside location. 24:00 You forgot to use Rabbit's Foot when you failed a skill-test for LWIF. 28:30~ You forgot to use Roland's ability to get a clue from location or Cover Up.
@@Kiratze 1hr:06 - Wizard of the Order has retaliate, so the failed attack would make you take another damage. Resign only removes your investigator that Resigned. You still need to go through a mythos with Roland then resign, in this case it wouldn't matter too much. It's good you're making your own decks, it makes the game more fun and the starter decks are awful. Only thing I would say is you should have more skills! Perception, Unexpected Courage, Overpower and Guts are very good, and they're cheap so they improve your deck's economy since you draw cards with some of them.

Good playthrought.
Also i think that first Acolyte on the board from setup should have a doom token on it.
Love those playthroughs!
Thanks so much for watching! If you know of anyone else who enjoys playthroughs like this, sharing is appreciated 😊

@@TheWeapon33 Haha yah I know I should have more Skills. There's just so many fun cards that are more interesting to use I want to play with 😆
I've never seen anyone leave Roland in a place with no clues to do soooo many fights.
*facepalm*
