Which makes sense because if you start going to the left, you do indeed go clockwise. Try again rellimetep; did you actually want Johnny to start the tour of the park by going to the right?
Through the left gate so he got the best view of the falls (even though he then stood behind the 1 BLOODY tree that blocks that view! JK) then to the right hitting lookout spinner, cobra strike, sacrificial swing, fear the falls, temple escape, aventura de isla (which I've just noticed I misspelled the sign for 🤦♂️) mess about with tree of life & monkey Rock before going over the rope bridge infront of the falls to the eatery above the falls for the fire works was how it played out in my mind but tbh I laid it out so you can go around the park using multiple routes & still get a lot of interaction. As I've said in other posts I know my coasters aren't as strong as the rapids so only suggested that route as a way to build to a climax & then have fireworks to round it off. The display is literally the 1st time I've used the fireworks & the sequencer though so don't expect a bikini bottom extra video type thing just for that!
It was the sitting eating lunch and watching that swinging flat ride for me. This park is amazing. The skin for the ride on the tree is great! The water rapids was a great adventure. Man this is amazing!
Thanks dude, that view was one of the 1st things I knew I wanted to include & was literally the 1st item placed after the initial landscaping so everything built up from that one ride. Glad you liked it 👍
Didn't want to directly comment on my own spotlight till all the vids were up. Thanks to Channel5 Gaming for the contest, Jonny and Web for a spotlight that I loved watching & feel they enjoyed exploring & to the comments section for all the positive feedback 🍻 Overall I'm VERY happy with my submission & have learned a lot both in the parks creation & the following critiques, there's lots that I'd change in hindsight but stand by my entry & hope people enjoyed looking at Paradise Falls as much as I enjoyed making it! Well done & good luck to all other entrants!
The way I see it, I’m am legally not aloud to criticize your build, because if I ever attempted what you did, I’d fall flat on my face. Anyways, nice build! 👍
This was a fantastic park. Loved the underground sections, and the theming was spot on. The river rapids was great fun, impressive as usually they can be dull to ride.
Great spotlight, Jonny and Web, but you forgot the fireworks! Imo flailing arms on a coaster are less important than getting a smooth ride. And you just don't get smooth from the back of a train. I will ALWAYS prefer front row seat view on these, at least if you're only riding them once. This was an amazing park btw :-)
LOOOOOL That's where I'd heard the name! Was thinking of Paradise Lost by Milton when I came up with it but as the waterfalls are such a feature I wanted to mention them, genuinely only seen Up! once & had to Google Mr. Fredrickson to get ur reference!
Really great job here. Those flat ride skins were fantastic. So much in this park but it didnt feel overwhelming which just shows how well it was laid out
This is really creative and imaginative. I really like all the skins. I wasn't really sure what skinning meant, but with this and some of the other submissions, I really understand it now. Well done and good luck!
Awesome mini-park! I love all the ride skins, they are all skinned very well! The landscaping in this mini-park is incredible, the whole area is on different levels and elevations, which gives a interesting composition to look at. The river rapids is my favourite out of the 3 main attractions; it was entertaining throughout the entire ride! However, as feedback, I think there needs to be some work done to the coasters. They need to have a break run before the station with a block break, so they don't come to a sudden stop, and the block breaks will increase the capacity too. I also think that the floorless coaster needs some re-designing in the layout. A good coaster shouldn't have to need breaks soon after the lift hill because it was going too fast... The lift can be made a bit shorter, then that random trim break isn't needed half way through. Also, some of the elements and transitions were very janky. I suggest giving the coasters a good smoothing, especially the floorless coaster. But aside from the coasters, this mini-park is amazing, so many amazing ideas and details!
Cheers oggy, totally agree my coasters aren't the best but one of the points jonny made when announcing the contest was that coasters had to be rideable but layout would be less of a factor than theming which I think I pulled off, they were the last things I put in & didn't have the space to make them as well I'd of liked & was pretty determined to max out the number of attractions lol
I feel like the colors of the coasters could’ve been different instead of blue and red. Maybe a combination of greens, whites and browns. Just my opinion, but the park overall is nice!
Now that was...gooood! The rapids were really exciting to watch, and as you guys mentioned before, they usually can get boring fast. There was a part of that ride's layout that could have been boring, but the integration with the coasters and the underground flat rides really made it special in its own way. The flat rides were all amazingly set up, my favorite being the one that is hidden underground (like you said, "wow!" When it popped out of the mountain-I loved that idea. Coasters- I was veeeerrrry worried the blue one would be jerky when we saw it on the rapids, however when we saw that this was the slower begining of the track, it was buttery smooth and made even more sense. Red boi was just as fun and I loved the interaction. Some criticism though; I missed there being no foliage on the outskirts of some parts of the red coaster (Johnny, was this due to restrictions, or was scenery allowed there as it slightly fell out of ths boundries). Also....BRAKES!!!!!! WHERE ARE THE BRAKES!!!! lol were gonna have and rct2 station failure at some point and explode! Super awesome park with wonderful theming, which is a huge compliment for an island themed park. My favorite submission yet 😃
Thank you soooo much! As the coasters are tucked at the back I was running out of space within the park for scenery & didn't wanna over extend the island just for more trees etc & quite like being so close to the water at points. Normally I use brake runs a bit better but again space was an issue - by my own doing admittedly! I had the two coasters synced when I'd let thousands of guests in the park for the screen shots which meant there was never another train in the station when you got back so it was a bit smoother, when I reduced the numbers everyone just wanted to go on the rapids so the sync got a bit thrown off 😕 glad you enjoyed it though 👍
Man, every park we see just gets better and better. I'm really surprised we're still just at the beginning of the contest. All of these people should already be in the upper tiers. The ones thing that disappoints me about this park is the name. Up is my all-time favorite movie and when you call a park Paradise Falls, and it isn't Paradise Falls, it disappoints me. Ok I hope I have right video as I watched it earlier and meant to comment but forgot and I am returning. It seems like it, but still. I will chime on the idea of having planet zoo and planet coaster having a potential merger DLC (my idea would be to potentially improve both games and their performance to match up and be better.) I think that education and fun can go on together and I think zoos can be both fun and educational. And I think in my just under 40 years and life in Poland (both late communism and early post communism) and in U.S. I see move away from cages and into more of the as naturalistic as possible exhibits that don't just show the animals but try to make them more comfy and be educational. And some parks (like Six Flags in New Jersey) have the Safari section, so they can be used together. So I think what could be done is having a bigger DLCs like water park for Planet Coaster and Aquarium for Planet Zoo and then a Cross Planet DLC. Again, I think I am under the right video, but if not then apply it to the right one when you talk about it. And great job with hosting all the contests and other videos from the Planet Coaster and sometimes Zoo ;) I love it.

Expanding past the contest parameters is cause for instant disqualification.
Check the rules mate
If i had Planet Coaster, i should create Seaworld in the Sea.
Is that just the GTAV monkey skin?
Paradise falls is a reference to fortnite there is a desert that is called “paradise palms”
Never played fortnite, the name's loosely based on Milton's Paradise Lost but changed to incorporate the waterfalls
