UPND has already started delivering on the campaign promises-HH

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says the United Party for National Development - UPND has already started delivering on the campaign promises.
Addressing a rally in Maamba , Mr. HICHILEMA said promises of free education, job creation and empowerment through an expanded Constituency Development Fund - CDF have already been fulfilled in less than three years of being in power.
Mr. HICHILEMA says on infrastructure, the government has started rehabilitating the dilapidated Maamba- Batoka road.
He has therefore appealed to the residents of Sinazongwe not to be swayed by opposition leaders that failed to deliver development when they were in power.
Mr. HICHILEMA says no amount of opposition will sway his determination to work for the people of Zambia.
Energy Minister MAKOZO CHIKOTE said there was no need for Zambians to waste their time listening or entertain calls from leaders they voted out in 2021.
And Mines Minister, PAUL KABUSWE, said President HICHILEMA should be praised for reviving the economy which almost grounded to a halt.
Mr. KABUSWE says bringing back the Patriotic Front will be disastrous for Zambia as the country will lose all it's gains recorded on the mining and other sectors.
UPND Southern Province Chairperson, BILLIARD MAKWEMBO, said President HICHILEMA has delivered beyond the expectation of the party in the province.
Meanwhile, Sinanzogwe Member of Parliament, GIFT SIALIBALO has thanked President HICHILEMA for fulfilling his promise to rehabilitate the Batoka-Maamba road and other township roads such as Dambwa
He says the infrastructure taking place in Sinazongwe is unprecedented.
