Sure it does, it's called Gov't Mule. That's why these guy's open for them and not vice versa. B.B.S. are more than qualified to 'carry the torch' though. Very good stuff, we need more real working musicians like this, not the studio/computer generated crap. Peace
Thanks for the comment, but I respectfully disagree with your opinion. Mule is a great jam band but these guys are much better songwriters. The fact that they open for Mule has nothing to do with the quality of the music.
Dead Mule Yeah I don't know about that. I think that has more to do with the fact that Govt Mule has been around longer and has the connection to the Allman Brothers. Blackberry Smoke is easily on par and probably better than mule

Love this band, love Charlie...................but where's his spark? No matter the trials he sings about, he's always had an energy that poured from his soul you could see in his eyes and his moves. Still love him. Great song.

Great songs, great musicianship, and for a change, just so real. Not that corporate musicrap that is so prevalent today. I love these guys.
