  • The plaintiff says he owns buildings in Chicago and hired the defendant to work on one of the units. He claims he caught the defendant having sex on the job, so he’s suing him for breach of contract and stolen property. The defendant says he and the plaintiff used to hit the bars together and pick up women. He’s countersuing for lost wages and emotional distress.

Then the defendant had the nerve to act ungrateful like the plaintiff suppose to fix the car too while the defendant is driving it. SMDH Plus, the defendant is a grown ass man. Even if he was telling the truth about being paid minimun wage and the plaintiff stealing woman from him at the club, then he should have quit and disassociated himself with the plaintiff. He didn't so he needs to stop crying like a little entitled kid. If anything, I think the defendant is jealous of the plaintiff's success.
