I love that they changed Piranoids face mechanism. Old one was pushing the button on the back and his crazy face would show and when you let go his regular face comes back. Now you can switch between faces without holding the button.

I can skip on the variants of the Street sharks, but i DO hope somewhere down the line we'll get more cartoon colored variants of the team beyond ripster. to me, Big Slammu is always an orange shark and not brown like Jab
I know, right! Ripster and Streex look pretty accurate to how they looked on the show, but they ended up dropping the ball with Jab and Big Slammu.
@LongHairedBandit The figures released before the cartoon. And the figures are totally Jawsome the way they are. It's the cartoon the got the colors wrong.
@@Eat_like_Irving oh I know, I'm well aware of that and not criticizing them being closer to their original toy designs, I'm just saying if they do some repaint releases, that's what I'm down for

Still need Rox, Repteel, Mecho-Shark, and Bends to complete the main core character from the show. But sadly, the Street Sharks ally Lena Mach never got a figure release and was just forgotten about later. 😔
The best joke in the series is when female lead asks them if they want to eat some pizza, and they're like, "Pizza?! YUCK!"

I picked up the first wave and returned them,my drill fish guy had a busted right hip right out the package and the corner of the sharks mouths were cracking.
Garbage figures,they should have gave the head a huge ML style neck joint for the mouth to open and gave them plastic bodies,would have been the last street sharks you would have ever needed.
I can't wait to get these.
Once I heard that using that "push fin to open mouth" feature too much can cause the plastic on the sides of the mouths to start breaking up I stopped playing around with that little feature.

Most likely they will have manual jaws without the skin gimmick later on. These are, after all, trying to be those original toys in all ways. Once rubber mouths are all ran through, they'll do modded ones with hard plastic only

I can admit now that the figures were really cool but I was a TMNT and I always frowned upon copycats. So I never gave them a chance.

Mmmh i don't know, Slammu should be orange, the brown and the silver spots looks weird to me, that's a huge let down in my opinion...
He’s the color he should be in keeping with the vintage toys. They all are.
The SDCC Ripster has a Cartoon Color scheme.
And the upcoming boxing gloves SLAMMU is orange.
