Great video, "Peek-A-Booze is great, it's like being in a front room (respectfully) and always very inclusive plus fab drinks prices and cabaret, food is good too, perhaps our favourite bar in Blackpool;)
I haven't been to Blackpool for many years, but it's great to see that the gay scene is as vibrant as ever. Few of these bars were around when I last went, but it's nice to see that Trades hotel is going strong after so many years. As I don't venture out to bars anymore, I've lost touch with prices, some of which are surprising nowadays how expensive they are. Full marks to the bar with the £3+ double gins though and to those 3 cash only bars. I'll always pay cash, if anywhere didn't accept it I wouldn't go in. Interesting video boys!
The singer in Peek a Booze is called Victiria Roberts shes a brilliant singer ans Dame Cybil Du veux is an absolute legend brilliant night out highly recomend it

Hi Stuart. Yes, the current Mardi Gras is a bar and hotel, the one you're thinking of was a nightclub. It was renamed a couple of times. The name before it closed permanently was Sapphires 🔷🔷🔷
Hi mate! We recommend Chaps, Mardi Gras and Pride Lodge. If you're on your own, there's plenty going on at Mardi Gras so that's the one we'd recommend for a solo traveller ❤️

Ey Oop, Diane! Flamingos night club is still in Queen Street. We don't think it's LGBT+ anymore but we haven't been to it for years. We don't remember Lucy's either, but there was a club on Talbot Road that changed its name quite regularly. We knew it as Mardi Gras and Sapphire's. Sadly that one closed down last year. We've done a review of the current Funny Girls Show. It was amazing and the video is coming out very soon. Please stay tuned!! ❤️🏳️🌈💄 xxx
Hi Dan, there is not really a dedicated Gay nightclub in Blackpool now, as flamingo attracts more of a straight crowd. It's called Level 4 now. However, Colin highly recommends going to see DJ Leighton Trew, who sometimes plays Growlr Bar Upstairs at Manbar. He plays NU Disco/House/Commercial Dance music. Hope that helps!

Mardi Gras raised £1425 on their fund raising night, and we forgot to mention the bar prices are really reasonable. £4 for a house double and gin!
