The internet is a wild place...a few months ago I was following your channel and I'm pretty sure you had fewer than 10k subs.... I was thinking to myself that despite you being arguably the BEST face carver around your life could well have been sitting alone in your workshop, chipping away and only really showcasing your work to a few subscribers and occasionally people at the local market. It kind of frustrated me that the best artist in his field may not make much money or get much exposure. But then boom the youtube algorithm hits and your short has 15 million views, bringing in a tonne of new subs and basically cementing your life as a carver / youtuber... now you can enjoy your craft with extra money coming in from youtube, while getting to show your work to the whole world. I'm so happy to get to witness this and I'm so pleased for you. You deserve it and I hope that youtube money starts rolling in and some sponsorships etc.
As I said I think you're one of, if not the best at this. Your face carvings are next level.

Hello! I constantly watch your videos and have learned a lot for myself. I have a question or even a request. Can you make a small video lesson on cutting out a woman's face. Cut from a wooden corner, the same as you use to carve small forest spirits. Thanks!

Is the piece nailed or glued to the wall? How does it stay fixed while you carve it?

He screws through a board into the back of the bark then clamps that board to another which is mounted on the wall.
