PALLET MACHINE - cycle time of only 22 seconds!

This line can produce pallets with a cycle time under 22 seconds. It corner-cuts all four corners and burn mark the middle block on each side. And stacks the pallets.
Use a Blocktec to produce "legs". See video at the end of this video.

I saw a man making pallets pretty quickly, on a pallet template holder. I wonder how often this equipment breaks down or needs repairs/maintenance. I bet it's costly.

Hallo. Thank you for your comment. The video is from testrun in our production. Of cause there is extraction mounted at the end customer. In the video, there is also no safety fence. This is of cause also mounted, when machine is delivered to the customer.
