Enjoyed the video ... really great advice on buying a condo. We have thought about condo life but enjoy living in the 34237 zip. We are however amazed at the number of houses being purchased and turned into airbnb's. In fact most of the investors in our area are Mennonites. Very savvy investors who are buying up half-million-dollar mid-sized homes and making $60,000 a year as airbnb's.
I really am not sure. I am guessing it will do with the size of the building, units, age, etc. I know a number of buildings that have completed the inspections however no one has told me what was spend to complete them.

That is quite true.
The one in Surfside was inspected previously. That’s a terrifying.
I am glad they have made these new inspections mandatory and hopefully what happened in Surfside never happens again.

Will never buy a condo after what I saw in Miami. All the condo owners getting kicked out and made to sell.
